1 am 19 years and anytime I have sex with my boyfriend, with or without condoms I get itchiness and rashes around my vagina, What should I do?

Hey, good day I am concern because I've seen 4 boils or bumps on my vagina for a couple days now, 2 on the lips one outside and one inside and they are very painful and between my perineum I don't know if it's tear or anything but that hurts also anytime move, and lastly everytime I sit up something runs out of my vagina (discharge maybe) but why does it smells an burns when touches the boil I can also smell it through my clothes.
