Hello, I'm 25 yrs old male. Going to the gym three to four time a week. I would like to know if I can take Zinc capsule, Magnesium capsule, Fish oil capsule, Biotin B7 capsule and B complex
Male | 25
Zinc, Magnesium, Fish oil, Biotin B7, and B complex are good supplements. But try getting them from food first. If you feel sluggish, can't snooze well, or notice skin/hair changes, these might assist. Just don't overdo the dosage amounts.

A rabid dog was found and taken in captive from the IIT Bombay campus on 16th of March. We visited the campus on 24th March, where my three year old daughter fell down on the street and got a minor scratch on her knee which was covered with her pant. Now is there a possibility that she can get rabies from the virus that could have been on the road surface from the drooling of the animal?
Female | 3
The probability of her catching rabies from a scratch on her knee which occurred because of a fall on the road pavement is very low. While it is advised to consult a pediatrician whenever you have any questions about your child`s health.

Fistula surgeries are carried out by a proctologist or any physician in colorectal surgery. To start, you should call a specialist and visit for a diagnosis of your type of fistula. Pain in hands and feet, headache along with nausea. High fever occurs when the pain becomes extreme. After taking medicine, it gets better for three or four days. But after five or six days, the fever comes again like this. It has been going on for months. Have seen doctor many times. But result is same. I suffered from typhoid fever like this for the past few years. It got cured after using high antibiotics. But after six months or a year it relapsed. What should I do in this situation? And please prescribe suitable madicine.
Male | 36
Based on your symptoms and medical history, it is likely you are having a problem called chronic typhoid fever, where the infection keeps coming back. This might be the case if the initial infection was not completely treated or if there is a carrier state. You may need to take longer antibiotics or other medicines. It is necessary to consult a specialist for additional examination and medication adjustment.

The pain come and go as it wishes and it's been 3 years. When it Comes back it's as if its something that IS growing because the pain become worse and now it's affecting the stomach too
Female | 26
You've expressed the pain caused by your right rib over the past few days that does not subside and increase over time. Like stomach ulcers and pancreatitis, sometimes painful radiations to the rib region can be caused by any pain disorder. This pain management approach, including heat pads or a class of pain reliever medications, might help. Remember that how you feel is important, and persistent pain must never be ignored. This is a chronic condition, and ongoing stress could be your big issue. Overcoming persistent pain is one of the goals of alternative healing practices, like yoga.
