Can I take Calcitriol+Calcium Carbonate+Mecobalamin+Vitamin K2-7+L Methyl Folate+Zinc and Magnesium soft gelatin capsule in liver disease
Male | 27.8
When managing liver issues, it's crucial to be cautious with any supplements. This particular combination of nutrients can provide benefits, but their safety largely depends on the severity of your liver condition and any other medications you may be taking. Common symptoms of liver problems include fatigue, jaundice, and abdominal discomfort. If you experience any of these, it’s essential to consult with a gastroenterologist who can tailor advice specific to your health needs. They will ensure any supplement use aligns with your overall treatment plan and is safe for you.

Iam 31 years old female, im experiencing severe coughing maybe cause of acid, when i coughibg it taste like bitter
Female | 31
You may have acid reflux, a condition in which stomach acid moves into your throat. This can lead to a sore taste when you cough. Also, symptoms such as heartburn, and a sensation of food coming back up are common. Having smaller meals, not eating spicy food, and not going to bed right after dinner are effective strategies. If the issue persists, you should make an appointment with a gastroenterologist for the best treatment.

Hello. Two weeks ago, during weight training, I had a sudden pain in my lower abdominal. It was so painful that I could not move. I thought it might be cramping, but it worsened every second and in addition, I did not have any period for almost 4 months. I am 15 years old. Though, earlier in the morning before I had this unexpected pain, I had a little spotting. I have then been to the emergency room, where after 3 hours my pain stopped. I have been suspected with a small cyst rupture, however, there was no evidence indicating that the cyst had ruptured. We have done both lab works and an ultrasound and everything was absoultly normal. It is also important to mention that I had a cyst a year ago, but then it disappeared as we did another ultrasound, but for the last year I did not check it. 3 days after my pain, I have done another ultrasound and everything was fine. Another thing to mention, during the day I was at the ER, I came home and I had straight blood when I peed. The next day everything was absolutely normal without any spotting neither red or brown, everything was clear. Since then I have been having pain when I am doing sports activities and when my lower abdomendan is touched. (both left and right side). However, in the last couple days I have been having servere pain in my upper left abdomonen. When I had that terrible pain, it was mainly on the left side. Currently I am having severe pain on my upper left side, and additionally I always have a pain of hunger that feels as my stomach is sore and burns. What is going on? Can it be related to a spleen? Gastritis? Maybe there was not cyst burst?
Female | 15
The pain in your lower stomach area might come from many things. The lab tests and ultrasounds being normal is a good sign. Your pain during sports and left upper stomach discomfort could point to things like a swollen stomach lining or problems with your spleen. Talking to a gastroenterologist is important to find out what is causing the pain and get the right treatment.

Sever stomach bloating with pain
Male | 56
Stomach pain plus bloating can result from speed eating, gulping air, or too much food. Intestinal gas might cause this, too. It makes your tummy feel big and tight. Try these tips: eat slowly, avoid gassy items like soda, take a walk. If the pain's really bad or keeps returning, talk to a gastroenterologist.

Hitoday i bought nww pressure cooker i cooked rice in it without washing it after 3 whistle it smell like burnt wire but after this i consumed that rice and now feel little bit pain in my chest n abdomen will it cause sime serious issue like cancer please hlp me
Female | 27
It appears that you have probably inhaled a little poison while making food in the new pressure cooker. It might give the chest and stomach the feeling as though they have some annoying reasons. The pain can also come from the existence of irritation. However, it is unlikely that long-term health risks can be linked to just one exposure. Be sure to cook in a well-ventilated area next, and if you experience pain or find that it worsens, seek medical advice.

Having problem during toilet found pain and found blood in stool.
Male | 34
This could mean you have piles, that are lumps inside and around your bottom that contain swollen blood vessels. Other symptoms include feeling itchy and seeing drops of red liquid in the toilet after wiping. To alleviate the situation, ensure you take in a lot fluids, eat more fiber such as fruits and vegetables, and use nonprescription ointments. If none of this works after some time then one must see a gastroenterologist immediately.

I was suffering from loose motion, vomiting, dizziness yesterday then I took salaine after that fever occurs and BP got too low.....and headache occurred too....why?
Female | 22
You probably experienced dehydration. This means your body lacked enough water and minerals. Loose motions and vomiting can lead to fluid loss. Drinking saline solution may help replenish fluids, but it could potentially cause fever due to an allergic reaction. Dehydration might also cause low blood pressure or headaches. Consuming water and resting can alleviate dehydration symptoms.

from more than one year bloating, nausea, loss in appitite, food stuck in stomach, upper abdominal discomfort, vomiting 2-3 times doctor done endoscopy there is reflux esophagitis, Lax LES, antral gastritis and in biopsy sample there is mild chronic and carporal gastritis dr give levosulpiride 50 mg three time a day, Dexlansoprazole 60 mg once a day and one antaacid syrup but this not solve my problem
Male | 25
I understand your symptoms can be quite distressing, including persistent bloating, nausea, and discomfort. Your recent endoscopy findings suggest inflammation in the stomach and issues with esophageal function. It's important to follow up with your gastroenterologist if the prescribed medications aren't providing relief. They may consider adjusting your treatment plan or exploring additional tests to better understand your condition. In the meantime, try to eat smaller, more frequent meals and avoid trigger foods.

My mother. Aged. 71. She is suffering from motions.
Female | 71
When someone has the motions, it means she might be passing a lot of stools or watery ones. It could come from a tummy bug or, maybe, something she ate. The best thing to do is to get her to drink lots of water to replace the fluids she has lost and to eat bland foods like rice or bananas to calm down her stomach. If it continues to be the same, a gastroenterologist can be of assistance.

And also i found my stools are coming normal but when it dissolved in water it looks like powder..it dissolves and looks like powder partially this also is there for a week..is it any worrying signs ?
Male | 21
An anal fissure could cause the pain radiating from your spine to the anus. Weakness in legs might occur too. Your stools looking powder-like when dissolved in water points to a potential digestive issue. It's crucial to see a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment to manage these symptoms.

I was loose motion before 2 days . I taken loperamide capsule but stopped my latrin from 2 days .
Male | 40
It seems that you are having constipation caused by loperamide which you took for your loose motions. The reason behind this is that loperamide reduces the movement of your gut. Dehydration, lack of fiber in the diet, or certain medications are some of the most common causes of constipation. To treat constipation, one should drink enough water, consume high-fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables, and do mild exercises such as walking.

I have headache and stomach gas
Male | 29
Headaches accompanied by stomach discomfort can often stem from stress, dehydration, or dietary choices. It's crucial to stay hydrated and consume light, easily digestible foods. Over-the-counter pain relievers may provide temporary relief for your headache, while simethicone can help with gas. Maintaining a regular sleep schedule and managing stress through relaxation techniques can also be beneficial. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, it's wise to consult a gastroenterologist for personalized advice and to rule out any underlying conditions.
