Hi doc I belch a lot and my throat feels tight
Female | 25
This could result from gulping down food rapidly or consuming fizzy beverages. Try pacing yourself during meals, steering clear of carbonated drinks, and opting for smaller portions. However, if symptoms persist, consulting a medical professional would be wise.

I’m feeling weak and I don’t know what to use
Female | 24
Vulnerability can be the outcome of a variety of reasons, including the fact that you are dehydrated, lack of nutrition, and the fact that you are too stressed or haven’t had enough rest. Classic symptoms might be dizziness, fatigue, or generally just being weak. To solve this, be sure to drink water, eat a proper meal, and sleep well. Additionally, adding low-impact exercise like walking is beneficial. Even so, if you still feel too exhausted or get even worse, the first necessary thing will be to ask the health care provider for an examination. Specialists can provide unique treatment and will exclude any hidden genetic illnesses.

I experience body reaction when ever I stay for long without eating,,my body start reacting while swelling with itching condition. It happens for some minutes and disappear immidiately after taking some rest,,i consulted many doctors and they tells me it is allergic reaction but this sickness is worsening,,what can I do?
Male | 35
You might have exercise-induced urticaria. With this, your body gets deprived of food. It reacts by making skin itch and swell. The body releases histamine, a substance causing allergic reactions. Your case relates to lack of food. Manage it by eating small, frequent meals. This keeps blood sugar stable. It may prevent reactions. If issue continues, see a doctor. They'll further evaluate and guide you.

Due to your symptoms, a high chance that you went through a hyperglycemic episode which could lead to dehydration and above-normal blood pressure.
