Obviously a hyperthyroid patient can get dental impant. provided the thyroid level is under control after medication which one the doctor prescribe for your thyroid.

Allthought other parameter are also important but maily the T3,T4, TSH levels, blood pressure  and heart rate (increased in uncontrolled hyperthyroid patient) and  bone density made your implantologist happy then obviously he or she will agree to do an implant.

In general patients with hyperthyroidism can get dental implants. Hyperthyroidism itself may not pose a direct risk to dental implant surgery, but there are considerations to be aware of: 1.Bone Density: Hyperthyroidism can affect bone metabolism. It's important to assess the patient's bone density to ensure there is sufficient support for the implant. 2.Medication Interactions: Some medications used to manage hyperthyroidism might interact with anesthesia or medications given during the dental implant procedure. The surgeon and endocrinologist/ physician should be aware of all medications the patient is taking. 3.Healing Process: Hyperthyroidism can influence the healing process. Close monitoring and potential adjustments to the post-operative care plan may be necessary to promote proper healing. 4.Thyroid Storm Risk: In rare cases, hyperthyroidism can lead to a thyroid storm, a life-threatening condition. Stress, including surgical procedures, could potentially trigger this. It's essential to manage the patient's thyroid condition before elective dental implant surgeries. 5.Always consult with both your surgeon and endocrinologist to discuss your specific case and address any potential risks or adjustments needed for dental implant surgery.

Potentially, hyperthyroidism – a condition due to an overactive thyroid gland may affect dental implant success. Bone metabolism and density are also essential factors for the success of dental implants, but thyroid imbalances can affect them. People suffering from hyperthyroidism can have faster bone turnover, which may affect the way implants integrate into the jawbone. You need to tell your dentist and oral surgeon about the condition of thyroid, before going under dental implant operation. To evaluate your overall health status and manage any risk factors, collaboration between the dental practitioners and medical professionals is crucial to ensure that dental implant procedures in hyperthyroidism individuals have optimal outcomes. Thre are other treatments like stem cell also use for dental implants.

I would advise you to visit a dentist as soon as possible for an examination and treatment options. Cavities can lead to further complications if left untreated, such as tooth decay and infection.

If my gums are receeding can I still have implants. I also have missing teeth.

Female | 54

In a situation where your gums are receding, you must visit a periodontist to discover the leading cause of the problem. After solving the main cause, your doctor may discuss implants as a solution for you.

get the dental x-ray done & then we can see what has to be done. one could try to save it with a root canal with a post & core , if not then extraction & implant

Do you have a toothache or suffer from gums hurting? If so, it means you need a dentist visit. Tooth pain can come from cavities or infections in your teeth. Sometimes, not brushing and flossing properly can also cause these problems. In order to rectify that, the dentists might clean your teeth, fill the holes, and apply medicine for the pain that you experience.

A hard rock like round movable thing under my lower jaw in lower region of the molar teeth. Over 3 month .but not cause any problems.

Male | 22

There is a chance that the solid, round, and movable object under your lower jaw in the lower part of molar teeth may be due to salivary gland stone or lymph node. But it need physical examination to determine the actual cause.
