Can I Confirm Pregnancy Without Testing? Abortion Options?

I'm 17 years old female. I have a history of pcod, and my period cycle isn't regular. last month my periods got delayed for a week. This month I had sex on 14th which was unprotected. And my date for periods was 24. It's more than a week now, there isn't any sign of periods . However I am feeling no symptoms of pregnancy, no cramping, no nausea nothing. I haven't did a pregnancy test, but I just want to know can I confirm a pregnancy without having to test it. Also, what I can do to abort it?
