Why is my period late after negative pregnancy tests?

I'm a person who has irregular period .I living together with my fiance. I had unprotected sex and this month my period was delay. I took 3 pregnancy test and all are negative. my period dates January - 23 February - 19 March - 21 May i know the reason for my late period ? What tablets can i get for my late period ? The delay in menstruation is very disturbing to my mind

Late periods can happen for many reasons: stress, illness, weight changes. Irregular cycles occur without serious causes sometimes. It's good that you took pregnancy tests. Three negatives likely mean you're not pregnant. If your period remains delayed, try not to worry excessively. It may come soon. However, if you're very concerned, see a gynecologist for reassurance.
