While the implant is highly effective in preventing pregnancy, it can take some time for your hormones to stabilize after insertion. If you had unprotected intercourse during your period, the likelihood of conceiving is low, but not impossible. Symptoms to watch for include missed periods or unusual changes in your cycle. If you remain worried, a home pregnancy test or a consultation with your gynecologist can provide clarity and reassurance.

Done HSG test, and result is : Bilateral patent tube

Female | 36

This indicates that both of your fallopian tubes are open and functioning properly. This is a positive result as it suggests that there are no blockages or obstructions in your fallopian tubes that could interfere with fertility or conception. It increases the chances of successful natural conception and may be reassuring if you are trying to conceive.

Body weakness and menstruating

Female | 25

Body weakness while menstruating is normal due to blood loss . Menstrual cramps cause fatigue . Eat IRON-RICH food like spinach and beans. Stay hydrated . Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Light exercise can help relieve cramps. Painkillers can alleviate pain. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

I recently had an abortion due to unhealthy pregnancy and I have taken medicine on 11may.so can i have sex with condom.is there any risk or its safe

Female | 26

When you have had a termination and taken some drugs, your body will need time to get better. It is important not to rush into having sex again too soon. Use a condom each time you have sex after an abortion to protect against infections. Take it easy and pay attention to your body’s signals – if something doesn’t feel right, stop. Talk to a doctor if there are any problems or if things don’t seem to be going back to normal.

I'm 18 year old female. I've missed my periods for 3months now and I experience abdominal pains even though I don't undergo menstruation I had a similar problem last year

Female | 18

You might be suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome often mentioned as a possible cause of irregular or missing periods and pain in the lower abdomen area. One of the most common symptoms of PCOS is pain, as well as irregular periods. This is caused by the imbalance of estrogen and progesterone, some hormones that the ovaries produce. For the treatment of PCOS, engage in exercise, lose weight, and follow a healthy diet.

I'm on the depo shot and had unprotected intercourse on Saturday and Sunday, am I still protected from pregnancy?

Female | 25

The Depo shot prevents pregnancy. It blocks ovulation, so no eggs come out. Also, it thickens cervical mucus, making it harder for sperm to reach an egg. If you had unprotected sex after the shot, you're still protected from pregnancy. But remember, the Depo shot doesn't protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Hi I'm not sure if I am pregnant but i skipped my period it's a month already I took 3 pregnancy test one in the morning showed negative and the other two was positive

Female | 26

In this case, make sure to visit a gynecologist for an ultrasound to get a reliable result. These providers had an opportunity to do a diagnostic test as well as underlying conditions as the possible reasons for the missed period.
