Agar ultrasound mein multiple follicles hain, toh yeh PCOS ka indication ho sakta hai, lekin diagnosis ke liye dusre factors bhi zaroori hain. Symptoms jaise irregular periods ya excessive hair growth bhi dekhe jate hain. Milk aur rice moderate amounts mein liye ja sakte hain, lekin healthy diet adopt karna zaroori hai. Aap fruits, vegetables, aur whole grains par dhyan de sakti hain. Consult karna ek gynecologist se best rahega, kyunki wo aapki specific health needs ko samajh kar behtar guidance de sakte hain. Apna khayal rakhein!

Hello, my wife's gyno has suggested stretching her vagina in prep for labour and will over see it by appointments every 2 weeks. Is this normal?
Female | 34
It is normal for some women who are about to give birth and need vaginal stretching first. This is what is known as a perineal massage. It has the advantages of preventing tears during delivery and increasing elasticity. Symptoms like tightness can make labor harder. The stretching is the work of a gynecologist who ensures it is done safely. A technique like this can lead to a more seamless experience of childbirth; thus, it is a common practice.

I am 22 year old female. Approximately 5 weeks ago i had a medical abortion. 2 weeks after the abortion i had sex. My periods hasnt returned. What should i do? And if i am pregnant, can i get another medical abortion?
Female | 22
If your periods are still not back after having sex, then it’s time to think about the possibility of another pregnancy. These include nausea, fatigue, and tenderness of the breasts. If you suspect that you are pregnant, you can see a doctor for a test that will talk about options, including another medical abortion if necessary. It is better to get medical advice from a gynecologist.

I will be traveling next week my period is delayed I need to know how to get period instantly so that I can travel comfortably..
Female | 41
Periods can be irregular, and that's perfectly normal. Before a trip, having a late period may seem alarming. However, stress, routine changes, or hormone imbalances could cause delays. To try encouraging your period, consider light exercise like walking, drinking ginger or parsley tea, and staying hydrated. If your period remains irregular or you have concerns, consult your gynecologist.

Periods ka second day hai aur heavy falling ho raha hai
Female | 18
It is a common thing that periods can be heavier on the second day, however, it can be more difficult to deal with that. It may be caused by the hormonal alterations or due to the presence of fibroids or polyps in the uterus. Be careful to count your sanitary pads per hour. If you change your pads so many times per day, just stay home and use one pad per hour. If it does not disappear, you have to go to a gynecologist who will be able to exclude any underlying issues.

I read that the egg in a woman's uterus is in the process of developing after menstrual bleeding stops. If I have sex after menstrual bleeding stops, will pregnancy occur? How many days can I have sex after menstrual bleeding stops?
Male | 27
Menstrual bleeding concludes, and then an egg within the woman's uterus commences development. Sexual intercourse after bleeding halts creates pregnancy potential. The egg's lifespan extends roughly 12-24 hours post-release. Meanwhile, sperm survive up to 5 days inside the female body. Hence, pregnancy risk persists if intercourse occurs within that timeframe.

Mera na Anita hai mae 8 months pregnant hu mera phela baby c section se hua hai so dushra baby normal ho sakta hai
Female | 27
If your first baby was born through c-section, it doesn't necessarily mean your second baby must also be born the same way. A trial of labor after c-section, known as VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section), could be an option if there are no complications. It's important to discuss your options with your gynecologist to decide the safest method for you and your baby.

Experiencing cramps and blood clots, especially with increased bleeding, can be concerning. Possible reasons might include hormonal imbalances, uterine fibroids, or endometriosis. It's essential to pay attention to these changes, especially if they’re more intense than usual. I recommend keeping track of your symptoms, including the dates and severity. It’s important to consult a gynecologist and discuss your experience in detail. They can provide a proper examination and recommend appropriate treatment options.

Pregnancy test kit I got faint line
Female | 25
A faint line on a pregnancy test can sometimes indicate a positive result. In many pregnancy tests, even a faint line can suggest the presence of the pregnancy hormone hCG. A faint line could mean that you are in the early stages of pregnancy, as hCG levels might not be very high yet. So it's recommended to take another test after a few days to see if the line becomes clearer.

Staying hydrated, eating small, nutritious meals, and resting can help alleviate discomfort. Maintaining regular check-ups with your gynecologist to monitor your health and the baby’s development is essential. If you have specific concerns or experience unusual symptoms, please don't hesitate to contact your doctor.

Female | 20
Your menstrual cycle may go through some changes chastely after being vaccinated. The vaccine is known to be able to modify the menstrual cycle at times, but it's no cause for anxiety. Over time, your periods will return to when they were on their own. Meanwhile, always be healthy, be hydrated, and get enough sleep.

Done HSG test, and result is : Bilateral patent tube
Female | 36
This indicates that both of your fallopian tubes are open and functioning properly. This is a positive result as it suggests that there are no blockages or obstructions in your fallopian tubes that could interfere with fertility or conception. It increases the chances of successful natural conception and may be reassuring if you are trying to conceive.

Can a six week n 5 day pregnancy be aborted
Female | 19
One more day and six weeks more, premature abortion is the first thing available in pregnancy. At this stage, many girls can feel nauseous, and breast tenderness, and they can also feel more tired than usual. The termination of pregnancy is highly individual and may lead to a medical or surgical solution, both with different consequences. It is important to express your thoughts and choices to a gynecologist, who, in turn, can give the most personalized pieces of advice and any kind of support. They will walk you through safe solutions and also check if you are safe all along this process.

If my cycle lies within normal range but not on exact date every month , when should I take pregnancy test for accurate results ?
Female | 25
It’s perfectly normal for menstrual cycles to vary slightly in timing. If you suspect pregnancy, it’s best to take a test about one week after your expected period date for the most accurate result. Common early signs of pregnancy include missed periods, nausea, and breast tenderness. If your test is positive or if your period is significantly late, consider reaching out to a gynecologist for guidance. They can offer support and perform further assessments to confirm your situation.
