It sounds like you’re experiencing some discomfort due to a urinary infection, along with irregular menstruation and post-period spotting. These symptoms could be linked to hormonal changes or an infection. It's crucial to stay hydrated and maintain proper hygiene. Over-the-counter pain relievers may help with irritation. However, I strongly recommend consulting a gynecologist for a thorough examination and appropriate testing. They can provide you with tailored treatment options to address your concerns effectively.

I am suffering from white discharge doctor after period
Female | 18
It's quite common to undergo a period discharge in white color after your period. It may be your body's self-cleaning method. Yet, if the discharge has a potent stench, is thick and lumpy, or triggers itching or burning, it might be a symptom of a yeast infection. These infections are generally treated with over-the-counter medications such as antifungal creams or suppositories. The use of water and cotton underwear that can breathe easily as well as drinking is the key to your body healing faster.

Bonsoir ma belle mere vien opéré un polype il y a 1mois mais la un autre polype et revenu esque cest dangereux
Female | 63
The polyps may return after an operation, but that is not necessarily dangerous. The polyps usually do not have symptoms, however, and occasionally there is bleeding or an upset stomach. In case the polype repeats, it is significant to go to your gynecologist to talk about the treatment options. Sometimes only regular check-ups are required, but other times, another surgery is needed.

Period ke karan pet dard kar raha hai
Female | 21
A balanced period of abdominal pain during the menstrual cycle is very common. It occurs due to pressure from the sky, changes in the body's secretions, and contractions of the uterus. After such dizziness and nausea, there may also be. Resting, a hot water bag, and analgesics like paracetamol can help. It is necessary to get in touch with the gynecologist if the pain is more than that or if it increases over time. The doctor can provide you with the right diagnosis and treatment.

After marriage I have irregular periods and after August I haven't had my period for 3 months so my gynecologist gave me tablets for periods so I had my period in a week After that he gave progluterol metaformin tablets for get pregnancy So I have been using it for 2 months My last period was on December 27th ended After that, when we were waiting to conceive, January 18th was I had my period again We had first intercourse on the 3rd of February after my period Today is February 22 so I took a pregnancy test today morning but I got a negative result? Why?
Female | 23
A negative test doesn't mean there's trouble; it might indicate testing too soon before hormones rise detectably. Patience and perseverance are advised. Maintain an optimistic outlook, follow healthy habits, and persist in trying. If concerns persist after several months, consulting your gynecologist can provide reassurance or identify any issues needing attention.

My periods is late pls help
Female | 19
It's pretty natural for a woman to feel daunted when her menstrual period becomes irregular. Causes of these abnormalities include stress, hormonal changes, diet, or physical activity. Classic signs for you to watch out for are mood changes, bloating, or changes in your appetite. It's vital to also record the appearance of any additional symptoms you may be experiencing. If eventually, you do not see the signs of your period, or you experience a lot of pain, my advice for you is to visit a gynecologist.

Hi Doctor , I'm a mother of 2 kids and recently had a miscarriage, now me & my husband want to go for tubal ligation surgery as it says it's not 100% although it's a permanent birth control method of over 99% effective , is it okay after the surgery to start taking Ovral L pill ?
Female | 39
Permanent birth control can be achieved through tubal ligation surgery. The chances of pregnancy are greatly reduced with this method, but it is not 100% guaranteed. You may begin taking Ovral L after undergoing the operation. It is vital that you have an open discussion with your doctor in order to consider all available alternatives and make the most appropriate decision for yourself. Always feel free to share any worries you may have with your physician. I wish you all the best!

I have recently had unprotected sex thrice. I also consumed ipill all those times the next morning itself. The last time I had unprotected sex was on 15th May and ipill on 16th may morning. Past 2-3 days I have been getting very bad cramps in my lower abdomen and I'm bleeding (spotting) blood clots. I have PCOD and I do not get my periods. I get it very rarely, twice or thrice in a year. I don't remember my last period date. Are these the side effects of the ipill or are there any chances of pregnancy/miscarriage?
Female | 23
The cramps and bleeding with blood clots might be caused by the ipill. It can change menstrual bleeding at times. However, because your periods are irregular and you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, other possible reasons should not be left out. These signs could also result from hormonal variations or maybe pregnancy is on the way. See a gynecologist who will help find out what these mean.

I have been experiencing pink or red vaginal discharge. My period was due 2 days ago. Since 4 menstrual cycles I have been experiencing the same thing. I used to having spotting like this for 4 days and then have my period flow. Is this normal? I am particularly worried this time because I had unprotected sex(my partner did not ejaculate in me) 3 days before my expected period date and now my peirod is delayed by 3 days. What does the redish discharge indicate and are there dangers of pregnancy?
Female | 23
Getting reddish or pinkish vaginal discharge is a cause of concern and panic but it is not uncommon. It is likely to be one of the two possibilities, either hormonal changes or irritation in your vagina. The period can also be late due to these changes. As your partner didn't ejaculate inside you, there is virtually no chance of pregnancy. The red discharge may be a sign of your menstrual cycle. It is advisable to monitor it for a bit longer and if it continues or worsens, it is best to consult a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and advice.

I am on birth control. During the second week of the pack I lost it there's I started a new pack where I left off in the old pack. That would mean a an extra row would be available . When I reached the placebo week, I accidentally took one of the active pills that were left over but then acrrued on with the placebos. I'm supposed to get my period today however I haven't yet. I'm not sure what is happening
Female | 21
Missing active pills, or honing birth control can sometimes affect your cycle. It is, of course, a usual reaction to the before-mentioned delay. Occasionally, being given a few extra active pills can cause the latter. Nevertheless, continue to take your pills as instructed and your cycle will soon be in harmony with the new one. If it keeps being abnormal, you can contact your gynecologist for help.

My uterus scan report. Uterus is elongated bulky.there are ill defined hyper echoic lesions with Sunray shadowing measuring 2.6 into 1.7 CM in the anterior wall of body region and 2.4 into 1.6 CM in the posterior wall of body region. Endometrial thickness is 9.5 mm. No uterine fibroids. No free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. Cervix appears thickened measuring 3.5 CM. Multiple nabothian cysts or seen in the cervix. Right overy shows a follicular cyst measuring 2 into 1.2 CM leftover shows follicular cyst measuring 2.4 into 1.9 CM
Female | 47
I feel that the ultrasound findings you mentioned imply potential risks, but it is crucial to keep in mind that quite a few of these alterations can be common and manageable. The echogenic masses could be a sign of benign causes, and the cervix's thickness as well as nabothian cysts do not usually lead to a very serious situation. Follicular cysts generally go away by themselves over time. You may consult a gynecologist for further treatments.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) can cause various symptoms, including irregular menstruation, weight gain, and acne. It arises from hormonal imbalances, often affecting insulin levels. Managing PCOS typically involves lifestyle changes such as maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise, which can help regulate your menstrual cycle and improve overall well-being. Medications may also be recommended to address specific symptoms. It's essential to have an open discussion with your gynecologist regarding your concerns and treatment options, as they can offer personalized guidance and support tailored to your needs.

I AM 20 yrs . My periods was 15 apr and 21 apr someone's sperm fall in my back then I washed. No sex no penetration just sperm fell in my back. Nd his penis just touch my vagina outside. This month my periods come 16 may , it's possible I'm pregnent or not
Female | Umisha
There isn’t a high possibility that you are pregnant. For pregnancy to occur, the sperm must get to the vagina and not just through touch on the outer parts. Also, the fact that your period came in time is a positive sign. If you’re still anxious about it, you could take a pregnancy test just for assurance.

Pain in the breast and late periods are concerning. Sometimes bleeding between cycles is due to hormonal shifts. It's wise to note any changes. Consult a doctor to identify the cause and receive guidance. Your gynecologist can evaluate symptoms thoroughly and offer proper advice.

Since 19th August I have been taking the contraceptive pill (brand Rigevidon) at the same time every day as close to 6pm. I experienced multiple diarrhoea cases in extreme liquid form on Monday 26th August in very early morning hours. This continued until night of Tuesday 27th August and as of today (28th August) my diarrhea is no longer as extreme liquid water from but still loose when I went. On Monday 26th August I took my pill at 6:15pm but soon had liquid diarrhea as mentioned. I had unprotected sex (pulled out 2 time) on 27th August (right after taking pill at 6pm exact) and had diarrhea shortly after intercourse and I am worried on effectiveness. I took emergency contraception within 24 hrs (Andalan postpil) but I had loose stool around 3 hours of taking and my BMI is 30.5. I then took my regular pill. Should I worry/ what to do?
Female | 22
Diarrhea certainly has the potential to disturb the working of your contraceptive pill. With diarrhea, the body may not completely take in the hormones of the pill, thus lowering its efficacy. This along with unprotected sex can definitely increase the chances of pregnancy. Having taken emergency contraception was a good move. Keep in mind that consistent pill use is important. If your loose stool still continuing, it would be a good idea to inform your gynecologist.

I have got a bad headache feeling dizzy and feeling nausea and bad cramps and I feel really tired dud to my nexplanon arm implant
Female | 27
Headaches, dizziness, and nausea are a few side effects that the implant can be responsible for. At times our bodies require time to adjust to the hormones in the implant. Keep in mind that staying hydrated, getting enough rest, and visiting your gynecologist about these symptoms is paramount. They can assist you in determining the most suitable course of action.

Male | 31
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) can lead to irregular menstrual cycles and difficulty in ovulation for you while asthenozoospermia refers to poor sperm motility on your husband’s part. However, keep hope alive by consulting a fertility expert who will give individualized advice as well as treatments that will increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Im 23weeks pregnant and have bleeding piles, will it harm my baby? Started bleedin yesterday, light to mild bleeding
Female | 33
Hemorrhoids, or bleeding piles, are inflamed blood vessels in the rectal area that can ooze out blood when they are aggravated. This bleeding is usually not dangerous for your baby. To help manage the symptoms, you can try using over-the-counter creams, eating high-fiber foods, and staying hydrated. If the bleeding continues or worsens, you should communicate with gynecologist for additional assistance.

I'm 19 years old, female and I had ascites last year November 2023 , my periods stop when I started getting sick with ascites and low blood pressure, I lost weight and my periods stop too , what can I do and what is the problem with my body
Female | 19
Ascites is a condition in which fluid builds up in your abdomen, leading to swelling. In this case, your body felt under pressure, which was the prime reason for both hypotension and anorexia. They can be triggers for periods. Therefore, it will be efficient for a doctor to see you first before discovering changes in your ascites and periods.
