Is red discharge before period normal after unprotected sex?
I have been experiencing pink or red vaginal discharge. My period was due 2 days ago. Since 4 menstrual cycles I have been experiencing the same thing. I used to having spotting like this for 4 days and then have my period flow. Is this normal? I am particularly worried this time because I had unprotected sex(my partner did not ejaculate in me) 3 days before my expected period date and now my peirod is delayed by 3 days. What does the redish discharge indicate and are there dangers of pregnancy?

Getting reddish or pinkish vaginal discharge is a cause of concern and panic but it is not uncommon. It is likely to be one of the two possibilities, either hormonal changes or irritation in your vagina. The period can also be late due to these changes. As your partner didn't ejaculate inside you, there is virtually no chance of pregnancy. The red discharge may be a sign of your menstrual cycle. It is advisable to monitor it for a bit longer and if it continues or worsens, it is best to consult a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and advice.

I have a question on pregnancy.... We are try to conceive but we are getting any positive result till now. 3 years completed our marriage
Female | 30
Trying to get pregnant without success is frustrating. When it takes over a year, it may be due to reproductive issues in either partner. Common causes include irregular ovulation, low sperm quality, or problems with the uterus or fallopian tubes. Seeing a fertility specialist is best. They can determine the specific reason and explore treatment options.

Missed period . Pain in the lower back, headache, nausea , not liking certain food. Is it pms or pregnancy?
Female | 24
PMS is the short form for premenstrual syndrome which occurs before periods begin. A pregnancy test can be taken to confirm if it’s PMS or not. Whether these are signs of something else like stress or illness is also something to think about. Anyone who suspects that they might be carrying should seek medical attention immediately so as to get proper care and guidance.

i am having pcos..and want to conceive....pls suggest medicines .....for that
Female | 30
Conceiving with PCOS is hard, but it is possible with certain approaches. PCOS might cause irregular periods, weight gain, and difficulty getting pregnant because your ovaries make too many male hormones. Your doctor can prescribe drugs that help regulate your menstrual cycle and increase the odds of regular ovulation which can bump up your chances for conception. These medications work by balancing out hormone levels while raising the likelihood of successful pregnancy.

There's Something thing Inside My Vagina or sometimes It is white and sometimes it is red But no symptoms like pain and bleeding, nothing is felt and what will it be ??? And there is another hole in Below am unmarried And that thing is standing a little is on top from the side unmarried
Female | 22
If you have discovered something white or red inside your vagina, it probably is a benign mucus or discharge. If you're unmarried, that other opening may be your urethra, which is where pee comes out. The thing standing a little on top could be your clitoris, a sensitive part. No matter what, it is not alarming if you don't notice any bleeding or pain. If you have worries, have a check-up with a gynecologist.

About pregnancy that how we can avoid pregnancy and how we know the that we are pregnant
Female | 20
The best way to prevent pregnancy is to use some protection methods like condoms or birth control pills. If you are pregnant, the usual signs are missed periods, vomiting in the morning, or the breasts being sore. You can check it out with a home pregnancy test to find assurance. If you want to avoid pregnancy, then first of all you should see a gynecologist about your preferences like birth control.

I've had my period for 15 days now and it's just light bleeding.
Female | 25
It is also not unusual for the menstrual flow to last longer than the usual 3-7 days, and if it goes on for 15 days, it may mean there is something wrong with you. It is advisable to set an appointment with a gynecologist who will examine your situation and suggest effective treatment.

My last period date was 11th April, I had an intercourse on 19th April & took Unwanted 72 on 20th April, I got my withdrawal bleeding on 26th April, which was lasted for 3 days, So am I pregnant or not...?? & When will I get my normal period next month??
Female | 23
Taking unwanted 72 can reduce the risk of pregnancy. The withdrawal bleeding you experienced is a common side effect. Take a urine pregnancy test a few days after your expected period date.

I had unprotected sex with my partner like 2 times in a interval of 8 days and both time ipill was taken not sure if I ejaculated my partner had thyroid but it’s normal earlier she used to not have periods for months because of thyroid now the dates are 18 and 25 Aug yet no periods and she’s on meprate medications too yet no sign
Male | Diana
Hormonal and thyroid issues may have caused the missed periods. Emergency contraception may also have played a role. Stress and anxiety may also influence the menstrual cycle. There is no doubt about that. The best course of action now is to wait a while longer. If the period still does not come, it is advisable to do a pregnancy test and discuss the situation further with a gynecologist.

Vigurus period pain ????
Female | 20
Menstrual cramps, or period pains, are common and often felt as aching or cramping in the lower belly, back, or thighs. This happens due to the uterus contracting to shed its lining during the period. To relieve the pain, try applying heat to the lower belly, taking over-the-counter pain relievers, or relaxing with light exercise or a warm bath. If the pain is severe, consult a gynecologist.

I have late period this month,i gave birth to baby before 8 months and iam giving breastfeeding.
Female | 26
New moms may have irregular periods, especially when breastfeeding. It takes time for your body's cycle to regulate after childbirth. Breastfeeding impacts hormones, potentially delaying periods. Eat properly, get enough rest, and prioritize self-care. If concerned, take a pregnancy test for reassurance. Don't worry excessively, but consult a gynecologist if issues persist.

we had sex(also pull out method) and period come early 3 days after sex and no second period is comming 42 days since last period . pregnancy test also negative done in 32 th day
Female | 19
It seems like you are worried about your period and the chance of getting pregnant. You should know that being stressed or having hormonal changes can cause your period to come earlier than expected sometimes. If you have got a negative result from the pregnancy test, this might mean that you are not pregnant but still, it’s better if you wait for a while before taking another one to make sure. If there is anything that you still do not understand well enough, then I think speaking with a gynecologist would be great for more advice.

I am a 22 year old woman. Over the past 4 years i have had 2 endometriosis surgeries and have an IUD placed. More than two weeks back I have started spotting, thereafter I have fallen very ill and had immensely painful pain, was nauseous the whole time had a fever, etc. This is almost two weeks past, I am still bleeding, still have a lot of pain, and are still very nauseous.
Female | 22
I suggest the likelihood of this being an infectious disease process somewhere in your reproductive system is high. This is why I would recommend that you see a gynecologist as soon as possible for them to evaluate the situation further.

After the intercourse if you had periods in March, April, and May, on March 5th, it's unlikely that you're pregnant, as regular periods suggest otherwise.

is there a possibility to get pregnant when you use condom but the penis goes soft with the semen still inside the condom and slipped and got off in the penis while pulling out and he's sure that the semen didn't touch me
Female | 18
If semen remains inside the condom without touching you, the risk of pregnancy is minimal. Occasionally, a penis softens before withdrawal. Ensure proper fit and usage to prevent future concerns. Unless you notice unusual symptoms, stressing is unnecessary.
