I'm a 40 year old female I've being overdosing on 20 paracetamol everyday for 3 years , now I feel sick and numb
Female | 40
Your situation is indicating all symptoms. Constant management of the high level of paracetamol in the body may end up in liver risk and it might be the reason for your feeling of illness and numbness. Try to go to the doctor as quickly as you can. Health professionals can carry out assessments to measure your liver function and recommend the best treatment option for you. Meanwhile, decrease the quantity of paracetamol that you take and do not consume alcohol because both can overwork your liver and affect the liver's function.

It is possible that you may have an underlying respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD that is causing your symptoms. You should see a doctor for a more thorough evaluation and to discuss treatment options. It is also possible that your symptoms could be caused by allergies or other environmental triggers. An allergist or pulmonologist can help you identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and develop an effective treatment plan.

Please which medicine is good for dryness
Female | 30
Symptoms of dryness may be the result of many factors e.g. dry climate, dehydration or some disease like Sjogren's syndrome. In order to identify a specific cause of the problem, you have to see a doctor. For skin conditions like dry skin, a dermatologist can prescribe the correct moisturizer, yet for the eyes, an ophthalmologist can suggest eye drops. Self-medication is hazardous and should be totally avoided.

26 years and have been feeling tired and weak and also my heartbeat is faster
Male | 26
It looks like you could have a condition named anemia. Anemia might give you a sense of being tired, weak and having a fast heartbeat. This may occur when the body doesn’t have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen. To start feeling better, you might need to consume more iron-rich foods such as spinach and beans. In addition, make sure that you rest enough and stay hydrated. If these signs persist, seek medical attention promptly.

You are still growing up. Creatine helps athletes play sports better. It does not help you gain weight. You should eat healthy foods and exercise a lot instead. That will help you gain weight slowly and safely. You need to be patient. Your body will grow over time.

When a person suffers for more than a week with persistent fatigue and drowsiness, it may be because of numerous medical problems, like anemia, disorders of the thyroid, depression, or sleep apnea. So, you should choose to see a general practitioner or a family doctor who can have your overall exam done and just talk about your symptoms.
