Your little one may have eczema. This condition causes itchy rashes that look like blisters on the skin. It is often caused by dryness; however, there could also be other triggers such as irritants in soaps used during bathing the baby among others. Use mild soap when bathing them and moisturize their skin more often than usual. To relieve itching, wrap them lightly in clothes made from light fabrics like cotton. If these signs persist after considering these measures then don’t hesitate to seek help from a pediatrician.

It seems like you’ve got post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after popping your zits. These can result in dark marks on your face. To fade them away, consider trying out products that contain vitamin C, niacinamide, or kojic acid as ingredients. Sun protection is key since UV rays can worsen the appearance of these spots. Also, remember not to irritate your skin further to avoid more dark spots.

It appears that you are suffering from heat-induced Urticaria. This condition is defined by the occurrence of hives on skin along with severe itching following contact with heat. I would recommend consulting a dermatologist with expertise in skin diseases. They could suggest an appropriate treatment plan to provide symptom relief.

Mera hath me hamesha khujli rahati or jalan bhi or lal lal. Or mere face skin me dag h to usse kaise hataai

These symptoms may occur due to different things such as allergies, eczema, or fungal infections. For itchy hands with redness, it is important to keep the hands clean and moisturized. You can also use gentle soaps and apply soothing lotion. For the face, dark spots can appear less noticeable by using mild exfoliants and moisturizers. Additionally, do not forget to shield your skin from the sun so as not to worsen any damage already done.

Psoriasis can be a chronic skin condition that require ongoing treatment. If you have tried several treatments without success, then discuss with a dermat to determine appropriate treatment plan for your condition. Medications, phototherapy, or biologic treatments are few options. Moreover you can try to avoide stress, smoking, and alcohol, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
