I'm 22 yrs old female and I've had this brown spot under my tongue, and now i see similar spots over the side of my tongue. I'm confused as to what they're. And recently I've been to dentists too, for tooth extraction and filling. But none of them suggested anything. Like if those spots were danger to me or not. Hi there, after I finish eating my breakfast; I usually go and brush my teeth. For the past 2 weeks whenever I finished brushing my teeth and gargle my mouth 3 times; it's making me gag. You have got crown fitted or not after RCT? if not then it should be done because the load will increase and will cause a pain if no crown.so lots of reasons might be the reason for the pain .Consult a dentist n get a x ray done
