I accidentally injected 0.01 ml of Penta valent vaccine in my baby's hand. Any risks?

It's okay if a small amount of the five-dose vaccine was given to your baby’s hand by mistake. The area may become red, swollen, or painful where the injection was made – this should disappear by itself. Keep an eye on it and if there are any strange changes or if you are worried at all contact a pediatrician.

My baby is always tilting her head to the right
Female | 3 months old
Your baby could have torticollis. Their head tilts to one side. It may happen because of tight muscles or how they were in the womb. Signs are a tilted head and trouble turning it. A pediatrician may show you special exercises to help. But in very bad cases, they might need a helmet or neck brace.

My 4 year old daughter faints for a few seconds and falls to the ground after crying. Is that normal? Should I be concerned?
Female | 4
Kids sometimes hold their breath while crying intensely. This causes a brief oxygen lapse, leading to fainting. It's common and typically harmless. Try calming your daughter when upset. Encourage slow, deep breaths to prevent fainting episodes. However, if the episodes persists or worsens, speak with your pediatrician.

Baby seems like he has been constipated
Male | 2 month
Constipation takes place when someone struggles passing bowel movements. Babies might seem irritable, avoid pooping regularly, or produce firm stools. This occurs due to inadequate hydration, dietary fiber, or fruits and vegetables. Ensuring your child consumes sufficient fluids and fiber-rich foods can alleviate discomfort. However, if the issue persists, consulting a pediatrician is advisable.

My baby boy is 1.1 year old. He swallowed a small wooden piece. Please kindly suggest me what to do.
Male | 1
If your little boy swallowed a small piece of wood and is not showing any symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, coughing, or choking, it can be assumed that he will pass it through his stool without any problems. Just make sure to check his poop to see that the piece comes out. Nonetheless, if he exhibits any signs of distress or if the piece does not pass within a few days, it is advisable to seek medical advice as early as possible.

3yrs baby not speak but he knows every things and try to speak but not sucess
Male | 3
Kids often struggle to speak at 3 years old. But, if your child tries and doesn't improve, you should act. This may mean a speech delay. Causes could be hearing issues or development problems. I'd suggest an expert checks your child, like a speech therapist or pediatrician. They'll figure out the best way to boost speech skills.

My son 7months old, he s getting cold often for past four months, before three months we kept nebulizer for him. After medicines he s getting cured but after a week again he s getting cold may I know wats the reason and how can I prevent him
Male | 7 months
Colds are quite common in infants as their immune systems develop. A runny or stuffy nose is the primary symptom. The recurrence stems from his immature immunity against germs. To prevent future colds, maintain a hygienic environment, practice frequent handwashing, and limit exposure to ill individuals. Nutritious dietary intake and adequate rest can bolster his immunity. However, if the cold persists or concerning symptoms arise, consult a pediatrician.

My baby suffering muscle spacity in lower limb how could i resoleve it
Female | 4
Babies' legs getting stiff is normal. It could be from limited movement, brain/spine problems, or premature birth. Physical therapy exercises help relax the muscles. However, doctors should assess your baby's condition first. Then you'll know the ideal steps to support their development.

Your baby boy likely has a pancreatic duct stricture. In simple terms, this means part of his pancreas tube is narrowed. Symptoms like tummy pain or eating troubles can occur. It may be from a birth issue or past inflammation causing the narrowing. Surgery might be needed if it causes major problems. Your best approach is to discuss it with your pediatrician to decide the proper plan.

My toddler is not gaining weight much she is 20months weight 8.2
Female | 2
At the age of 20 months, the weight of 8.2 may be lower than the one anticipated. Among the symptoms of sluggish weight gain could be, for instance, having an unenthusiastic appetite, being overly picky during feedings, or exhibiting low energy levels. The causes might be allergies to food, digestive problems, or developers of an unbalanced diet like picky eaters. Create mealtimes as amusing as can be, you can also consult a pediatrician who will give the best recommendations and evaluations.

My kid is 3yrs old still not talking
Female | 3
Some children take time to develop speaking skills. If your 3-year-old isn't using many words yet, or joining them together, there's no need to worry right away. However, it's wise to have their hearing checked. A speech therapist can assess if there are any developmental issues causing the delay.

Your daughter's low sugar levels are concerning. Kids rarely have low blood sugar without diabetes. Symptoms like tiredness, dizziness, shakiness, or unconsciousness occur. Not eating enough or having another condition causes it. Doctors running tests is wise. Meanwhile, regular meals and snacks stabilize sugar levels.

The weight reading as negative may be a sign of a measurement error. The outcome of the LFT test suggests that some of the liver enzyme concentrations are not within the normal range, which might be due to several reasons like infections or liver problems. You should consult a pediatrician.
