Answered on 25th July '24

Headache and tiredness could stem from various causes. Perhaps you're dehydrated or lacking quality sleep. Stress and poor diet might also contribute. Drink plenty of water, ensure adequate sleep, and consume nutritious foods. If issues persist, consulting a neurologist.

The causes of these types of headaches are lack of adequate sleep, stress, dehydration, or even certain foods. To ease the pain, you may make sure you drink enough water, have proper sleep, do not allow stress to take over, and stay away from trigger foods. If the symptoms persist, it is good to visit a doctor

Male | 46

Symptoms such as fever, headache, throwing up, diarrhea, and nervousness could point towards a stomach bug or food poisoning. These might also leave you feeling light-headed or generally unwell. Make sure to drink enough water, get plenty of rest, and stick with bland foods if this is what you’re going through. If your condition doesn’t improve or gets worse than before, please see a doctor so they can examine you properly and give appropriate treatment options.
