The symptoms you're experiencing—pain, tingling, and needle-like sensations—along your right side could be related to various factors, including nerve involvement or muscle issues, especially if you've been dealing with migraines and sinusitis. While your previous doctor suggested a link to migraines, exploring this further with a medical professional is crucial. A thorough evaluation, possibly including imaging or nerve assessments, may help clarify the cause. I recommend revisiting your neurologist to discuss your symptoms and get a tailored treatment plan to improve your quality of life.

Hello. On 14.12.2020, my brother had a brain hemorrhage in his left brain. He stayed in intensive care for 1 month. After leaving intensive care, he only received physical therapy support. Currently, his right arm is partially paralyzed and he has no speech ability. Do you think there is a method other than physical therapy that can be a permanent treatment? We cannot come for an examination because we do not live where you are. If you have such a method, we would like to consult and come to you. We would be very happy if you give feedback. enjoy your work
Male | 26
Following a brain hemorrhage, symptoms such as paralysis and speech difficulties can occur due to damage in specific brain areas. While physical therapy is essential for recovery, other methods like occupational therapy, speech therapy, or advanced rehabilitation techniques may also help improve function and communication. It's vital to consult with a neurologist to explore a personalized approach whether in-person or through telemedicine. Progress takes time and varies for each individual, so continuing therapy and support is crucial.

Male | 5
The signs in kids may involve having trouble with social interactions, repeating certain behaviors, and speech being delayed. As of now, there is no known cause for this condition. Treatment can consist of different therapies such as occupational therapy which focuses on skills needed for day-to-day living, behavioral therapy aims at managing symptoms so they don’t interfere too much with life quality, or even just speech therapy if that’s where most help seems necessary. Be sure to team up with a neurologist who will assist in coming up with a treatment plan that best fits your son.

You may have a tension headache. This headache feels like a tight band around the head and can cause vomiting. Common causes for these headaches include stress and tension, poor sleeping habits, or eye strain from looking at screens too much. To alleviate your symptoms, you should take some non-prescription painkillers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Additionally, get enough rest and drink plenty of water while trying relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises or light workouts. If they don’t go away or get worse it would be best if you visited your doctor so that he could give them proper attention.
