Can I take Moringa tea and still take my hiv drugs at night
Female | 21
Moringa may sometimes interfere with how the body absorbs HIV drugs, potentially reducing their effectiveness. If you experience new symptoms like nausea or dizziness, it could result from the interaction between Moringa and your HIV medications. Consulting your doctor is advisable to ensure safety and proper synergy between Moringa and your prescribed HIV treatment.

I feel dizziness and nausea followed by small burning sensation in chest and small pain
Male | 25
Feeling dizzy, nauseous with a little burn in your chest, and some pain might mean you have acid reflux. This happens when your stomach acid goes back up into your food pipe. Eat small meals, avoid spicy foods, and don't lie down right after eating. Also, try not to eat too close to bedtime. Drink water and eat slowly.

I am an 18 year old female. I have been preparing for competitive exams for almost a year now. everything was going okay I used to feel a little sleepy while studying in the morning after 6 to 7 hours of sleep. But recently I have been sleeping 6 to 7 hours at night but feeling too tired all day especially when I am studying, I have my exam next month. I am unable to study I am trying so hard but I still feel so sleepy all day. I also missed my periods last month.
Female | 18
You are experiencing a lot of stress from exams. Feeling drained and missing periods could indicate stress-induced hormone imbalance. When stressed, your hormones get disrupted, causing fatigue and irregular menstruation. To manage this, rest adequately, maintain a nutritious diet, and consider counseling for stress-coping techniques. Remember to take study breaks periodically and prioritize self-care practices.

Does height supplements will work for me, I am a 14 year old boy.Iam currently 5.2 feet and my father's height is 5.2 feet and mother's height is 4.8 feet. I have hit puberty early like 11 or 12. Can I grow to 5.7 feet with daily exercises and necessary food
Male | 14
So, I would refer you to a pediatric endocrinologist for a thorough evaluation of your chances of reaching the normal height. But exercise and a good diet are vital for growth, the use of height supplements is not recommended showing that they are not effective. The specialist can suggest a combination of other interventions that best suits you in terms of your needs and potential growth.
