You seem to be having difficulties. Issues like acid reflux, gastritis, or ulcers occur. They make your stomach upset. Your back hurts too. You may feel sick or bloated. Breathing becomes harder. However, some tips help. Eat smaller portions. Avoid spicy and fatty choices. Stay upright after meals. Drink water frequently. Try antacids from stores. But if troubles continue, see a gastroenterologist.

Hi, I have been waking in the early morning (usually between 4 and 5:30) with pain in my shoulders, back, chest or ribs. I am sure it is trapped wind because once I get up and walk around and release the gas by a lot of burping or going to the toilet, the pain goes away. I then try and get back to sleep though can find this difficult. A lot of the time the pain starts again usually 1-2 hours later. Once more, when I sit up it tends to go away, even without burping etc. I do have tenderness around my diaphragm sometimes or sensitivity when pressing to try and move the area. I seem to experience this nightly now regardless of dietary changes. I am a 45 year old male and in generally reasonable health. Thanks for your help. Paul

See a gastroenterologist specialized to diagnose the disease and provide the appropriate treatment. Not changing the drug while the condition is still the same, gives room for the situation to deteriorate.

Lower right stomach pain burning sensation and fell like nothing working
Male | 33
You're feeling pain in your lower right stomach, which might be a sign of appendicitis, an inflamed appendix. It can cause a burning sensation and make you feel unwell. You might also feel nauseous, vomit, or lose your appetite. If you experience these symptoms, it's important to get medical help immediately. Surgery is usually needed to remove the inflamed appendix if it's appendicitis.

I have irritable bowel syndrome. I takes Colospa 135 mg tablet , but no relief.
Male | 17
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a medical condition that can bring various symptoms including bellyache, bloating, and changes in bowel movements. Colospa 135 mg relaxes the muscles in the gut to alleviate spasms concentrated in the digestive system. If the primary cause does not provide quick and effective relief, the condition may have other triggers like stress, diet, or other health problems. You can ask your gastroenterologist about the treatment that can work even better for you.

Male | 54
It seems like your H. pylori infection, past small gut surgery, and high blood pressure may be behind it all. The hurt could mean swelling, ulcers, or other problems down there. Make sure to tell your doctor about the latest hospital trips and how bad the ache is. They might want to run some more tests or change up your meds to help ease the pain.

Male | 32
You may have a stomach bug. The condition may lead to shivering, stomach pain, and general weakness. The cause of this can be either eating something bad or a virus. It may help to relax, hydrate, and eat bland foods. Greasy and spicy food is preferable to stay away from. If you can, consult a gastroenterologist about medicines that can soothe your stomach.

A tear may caused by the hardening of the fecal matter or the passing of hard feces. The stickiness of mucus and signs of bleeding might indicate inflammation in that area. It is advised that you should visit a gastroenterologist to have a gastroscopy done.

The right side of the lower abdomen can hurt for various reasons. The sharp pain, bloating, nausea, or fever which can accompany it are the possible symptoms. Appendicitis, ovarian cysts, or muscle strain could be the causes. One's tests should be interpreted by a gastroenterologist who should then give a diagnosis. Can i take probiotics capsules with liver syrup?
Male | 27
You can usually take probiotic capsules along with liver syrup. Probiotics add beneficial bacteria for gut health, while liver syrup supports liver function. Taking both may help maintain a well-balanced gut, but it's best to take them at different times of the day to ensure they work effectively. Always follow the directions on the labels for the best results.

I am 24 years old femlehaving fever , diarrhoea l took fasida full dose but the diarrhoea is still disturbing me
Female | 24
Fever and diarrhea are often associated with infections caused by viruses or bacteria. Fluids should be your best friend to avoid dehydration. If you don't feel better, you may want to eat less spicy and bland foods for a while. In such cases, the symptoms may last even after the medicine is taken but if it is so for more than two days or worsens, then it is time to visit the gastroenterologist.

I am suffering from IBS and losing my hair plz stop my hair fall I think it's nutrition observation problem
Male | 26
IBS and hair loss frustrate you. Hair loss with IBS could mean poor nutrient absorption. IBS brings stomach pain, bloating, and bowel habit shifts. Focus on diet rich in vitamins and minerals for hair growth: iron, zinc, and biotin. See a healthcare provider about supplements for nutrients.

Why I have weightloss and irregular digestion?
Male | 25
You may have a viral fever accompanied by a skin rash, commonly known as viral exanthem. The leg pain, swelling, and difficulty walking could indicate inflammation in your joints, a condition called viral arthritis. These symptoms are often seen in viral infections like dengue or chikungunya. I recommend getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated, and taking over-the-counter pain relievers. If your symptoms worsen or do not improve over time, it's important to contact a gastroenterologist.

I am 33 years old. I have constipation, loss of apoetite and sleeplessness.
Male | 33
Bowel disorders like constipation, lower appetite, and sleep disturbances come to your attention, and it is very natural for you to feel worried. Environmental stress, dietary changes, or any other underlying health issues could result in these ailments. One of the measures to overcome chronic constipation is the use of high fiber foods in your regular diet, drinking enough water, and being active in exercise. Where the issue of healthy appetite is concerned and better sleep is considered, the setting up of a regular daily program in combination with the practice of some kind of relaxation techniques to cope with stress can be the key. Still, if these manifestations are prolonged, I would advise you on making an appointment with a specialist who will carry out a full analysis and give you personal suggestions. Your health is crucial, and obtaining constant help from a physician may be the right way.

Dear Sir for 3 days I have a pain left side inside stomach
Male | 29
Your left stomach area's discomfort may stem from gas buildup, constipation, or muscle strain. Potential indigestion or stomach inflammation exists too. Drink lots of water, consume fiber-rich foods, and avoid fatty/spicy items. Resting and heat application could ease the ache. However, if pain escalates or persists, promptly consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
