How to get rid of scalp ringworm effectively?
Hello Doc, I am 23 (male) and I have a ringworm on my scalp for couple of years now, it's very difficult for me as people think im unhygienic but I wash my hair 2 times a day or more during summer. Please help me Doc

I have a small black spot on the top of my right wrist. I don't know how to say it. It has a structure like tiny dots around it. But it doesn't hurt.It's normal as always. It's been coming for two months now Also on my left hand, I had a small cut about a month ago. It has healed but there are small dots around it like on the right arm.I did not take any medicine for this. I used a powder for sweat rashes on my neck. I have been using the Ketoral Shampoo and Proestee Anti-Hair Loss Serum for a week now, but my hair loss has increased. Is this increase temporary? Or are the doctor's recommendations not suitable for me? When will these medications take effect and my hair loss stop? I also had a vitamin D test done yesterday and my vitamin D level was very low, so I was prescribed a vitamin D supplement. Could my hair loss be due to vitamin D deficiency rather than genetics?
