Why do I have small black spots on my wrist and hand?
I have a small black spot on the top of my right wrist. I don't know how to say it. It has a structure like tiny dots around it. But it doesn't hurt.It's normal as always. It's been coming for two months now Also on my left hand, I had a small cut about a month ago. It has healed but there are small dots around it like on the right arm.I did not take any medicine for this. I used a powder for sweat rashes on my neck. It seems to me that this has something to do with it.

The black spot with the tiny dots around it you are describing may be a mole or a freckle. The dots that are near the cut that is healed might be either scars or pigmentation changes. The powder that you use for your sweat rashes on your neck may not be the main cause of these spots. However, it is still important to keep the area clean and moisturized. It is better to see a dermatologist if the problem worsens or you are noticing more changes.
