Am I Pregnant Despite Negative Tests and Short Bleeding?
Hello, Doctor! I am concerned whether I have my menstruation or implantation bleeding because it only lasts for 2 days to fill 2 pads in red color for the whole menstruation. I have done my blood HCG tests 16 days, 23 days and 30 days (21 days after bleeding) after intercourse and also urine tests which are all negative. I have also done my ultrasound 25 days after intercourse. Should I still need to be worried that I am pregnant? Is HCG still too early to detect in blood and urine 30 days after intercourse? Or is it too early for an ultrasound too?

Normally, implantation bleeding is lighter and shorter compared to the usual menstruation flow. A negative HCG test could mean that it’s not a case of pregnancy. The tests may have been carried out too soon for the existence of any pregnancy to be detected. 25 days may also be too soon for an ultrasound. So it's either way too early for these tests or the likelihood is that you are not pregnant. Keep an eye on the symptoms and repeat the test after a week or two for better results.

I am 16 year old female, suffering from extreme fatigue and had no periods from last 3 months , I have heavy and prolonged bleeding during my periods and I am having extreme weight gain
Female | 16
These symptoms such as extreme fatigue, irregular periods, a lot of bleeding, and quick weight gain that you have mentioned are not common issues for someone your age. The underlying cause of these conditions might be a hormonal imbalance say, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Therefore you must visit a gynecologist to get checked and find the best cure.

Female | 46
The itching and pain in your vagina might be due to a fungal infection, especially if you recently took antibiotics. The discomfort due to fungi can be treated. Using Candid V6 was a good start, but if the itching persists, you may need to see another gynecologist for further advice. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry and avoid tight clothing.

Brown discharge during period which appears 2 days earlier
Female | 25
Brown discharge before menstruation commonly occurs due to the expulsion of older blood. Color variations arise as blood stays longer exiting your body, turning brown. Hormonal fluctuations, stress, or infections can cause this delay. While occasional discoloration is normal, frequent occurrences or accompanying pain warrant consulting a gynecologist to rule out underlying conditions.

Hi this is a 20 year old girl who seeks for claroty.I started bleeding heavily non stop during February this year, had sore breasts too when I squeezed done of them watery discharge came out. all of this happened while on contraceptives (nur-injection). I went to a clinic and a nurse told me to not worry since it's normal and gave me ovral 28 to stop the bleeding and it did stop. Now what I'm concerned about is the increased discharge that started having before my August periods and even now after the periods it's still there and the one on the breadt when squeezed. I stopped taking the birth controls at that time I didn't go for my second jab on March this year.
Female | 20
Heavy bleeding and discharge from the breasts can be due to hormonal imbalances. After birth control, the hormone balance may have been disrupted thus these changes occurred. Consult a gynecologist to undergo a thorough examination and address your concerns for the optimal treatment approach.

I haven’t had my period since last year around October/November! I am not pregnant nor am I on contraception. I was told I had pcos a few years ago but it has never been this bad.

Irregular or missed periods can be linked to PCOS, a hormonal condition. Since your symptoms have worsened, you should consult a gynecologist. They can consider your PCOS history, perform tests, and suggest treatments.

I am 18+ year old female my period, date, last April 28 may month miss My period pregnancy test negative
Female | 18
You may be experiencing a missed period, which can occur due to many factors. Hormonal changes are part of the puberty process and will eventually include your menstrual cycle. Additionally, stress, changes in weight, dietary factors, and certain antibiotics can also cause a missed period. Since your pregnancy test is negative, it is most likely not related to pregnancy. It might be a good idea to talk to a gynecologist for further advice if this issue continues or if you have other concerns.

It is not uncommon to experience some discomfort during pregnancy, but pain on the left side of your stomach going down to your vagina should be evaluated. It could be due to round ligament pain or other issues that need attention. Please consult your gynecologist for a thorough examination and appropriate advice.

I am confused about my pregnancy i have not a confirmation so what will do
Female | 32
If you’re not sure whether or not you’re pregnant, there are a couple things that you can look out for. You may be pregnant if you have missed your period, feel nauseous or tired, and your breasts hurt – these are all signs of pregnancy but they could also be caused by hormonal changes. Take an at-home pregnancy test or get a blood test at a gynecologist's clinic to be certain about any changes in health.

There's nothing wrong with you if your period is late. Sometimes the reasons could be stress, a sudden change in weight, or even hormonal imbalance. The most common symptoms are a feeling of being full, mood changes, and breasts being sensitive. You can clear your mind by taking a pregnancy test at home. If the test is negative and your period is still missing, it's better to contact a gynecologist for more advice.

Female | 15
You might have a yeast infection. Yeast infections can cause several symptoms such as yellow discharge, itching, and redness in the vagina area. This occurs when there is too much yeast growth in the vagina. You may use OTC antifungal creams or tablets to help with this. Ensure the region is kept clean and dry at all times. If the signs continue, it would be best to see a dermatologist for further evaluation.

Is PCOS stomach pain normal during cardio exercise?
Female | 16
PCOS causes stomach pain during cardio exercise. The pain feels like a dull ache. Hormone imbalances in your body lead to this. Additionally, small cysts develop on the ovaries. Walking or swimming, low-impact exercises can reduce this pain. Instead of high-intensity cardio, these are better.

I have recently noticed small skin color bumps around my vaginal opening, there is no pain and very little itchy to no itchy at all. I wanted to know if it was serious or normal
Female | 19
Small bumps near your vagina might be Fordyce spots, a common occurrence. They're harmless and typically cause no discomfort or itching. These spots form when glands produce excess oil. To alleviate any itchiness, you could use gentle, unscented soap and wear cotton underwear. However, if you're concerned, consulting a gynecologist for reassurance is advisable.

If you continue to have concerns or the bleeding persists, it's a good idea to talk to a gynecologist for more personalized guidance.
