I am 16 year old female, suffering from extreme fatigue and had no periods from last 3 months , I have heavy and prolonged bleeding during my periods and I am having extreme weight gain

During my normal delivery my dr had done the stitches on the required places. While going for the regular checkup the dr found that there was a small hole next to my vagina. Which was operated and closed the same recently. Now I have pain on the same area and the hole is visible again.
