With an AMH level of 0.77 it could be more difficult to get pregnant naturally. A reproductive endocrinologist should be consulted to evaluate your hormone levels and discuss your options for fertility treatments like IVF. Please contact the specialist for more advice and direction.

I am a 24 year old female. I was on depo for 2 years. Last shot expired in April. I had unprotected sex in August, less than a week after my period. Took a morning after pill next morning. One week later i had my period again which lasted 3 days with lots of cramping. Three days after i started feeling nauseated and having an upset stomach. Could i be pregnant
Female | 24
Based on what you've told me, the chances of you being pregnant are slim. The emergency contraceptive pill is effective if taken shortly after unprotected sex. Women can experience nausea and abdominal discomfort as side effects of the pill, which do not necessarily imply that they are pregnant.

Period aa jate h to pregnancy ni hoti h naa ?
Female | 23
Periods indicate that the body is not in a state of pregnancy. It’s completely normal for cycles to vary or be irregular due to various factors like stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle. Common symptoms include mood swings, fatigue, and cramps. If you are trying to conceive and have concerns about your cycle, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing stress can be helpful. However, if irregularities persist or you have other worries, it’s wise to consult a gynecologist for personalized guidance. They can provide insights and support tailored to your needs.

How late is to late to get a accurate pregnancy test
Female | 30
If you ask when is it too late to do a pregnancy test and get the right answers, here is the info. Most home pregnancy tests work best when you miss your period. Waiting too long may make results wrong. If you feel signs like a missed period, sick, sore breasts, and peeing a lot, it is best not to wait long to do the test for the right results.

Am Aysha, age 31.I have two children aged 10 and 9. Later 6 years ago got pregnant twice and had an abortion on the pill. Now I am pregnant again. Is it dangerous to have an abortion after taking the pill again?
Female | 31
It is quite questionable whether having an abortion after consuming a birth control pill can cause critical problems. Therefore, the first and foremost thing is to consult with the doctor about your case. If you face unbearable pain, heavy bleeding, or fever after the operation, it can be a sign of infection. Keep in constant contact and a close partnership with your gynecologist.

Pregnancy can bring various physical and emotional changes, such as fatigue, nausea, and mood swings. These symptoms arise due to hormonal fluctuations and your body adjusting to support the growing baby. Staying hydrated, eating small meals, and resting can help alleviate discomfort. Regular prenatal care is essential for monitoring your health and your baby's. If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, contacting your gynecologist is advisable for tailored advice and reassurance.

my vagina currently itching abt aweek now can i ask why?
Female | 24
Several factors, such as infections, irritants, or allergies, can be the causes of vaginal itching. The most common triggers could be yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, or being sensitive to soaps or laundry detergents. To alleviate the discomfort, maintain the cleanliness and dryness of the area, avoid the use of harsh products, and prefer breathable clothes over other kinds. As well, non-prescription antifungal or soothing creams may give relief, too. However, you must visit a gynecologist for a precise diagnosis and individual treatment, particularly if the symptoms continue or become more severe.

Doctor I’m worried if I have cancer I have bilateral endometrial cyst I did ca-125 which is 46.1 it is showing shd I do any further test and it is normal I have vit d deficiency as well
Female | 28
So let's make it clear that a bilateral endometrial cyst does not necessarily mean cancer. A CA-125 level of 46.1 could be slightly raised, but this is not a cancer marker test. People with endometrial cysts can feel pelvic pain as well as experience atypical bleeding. Poor Vitamin D levels are the most common, and this can be handled with vitamin supplements. You should consult a gynecologist for additional tests and treatments.

Madam/Sir mujhe pregnancy positive hogyi hai meri 7 month pehle hi baby hui hai abhi 7 month ki hai dobara pregnancy consive hogyi hai to main breastfeeding krwati hun to mtp le skti hun ki nahi
Female | 24
If you are still breastfeeding and have become pregnant again, there are many things to think about. It is usually safe to continue breastfeeding during pregnancy but this may lower your milk supply or make your nipples sore. However, it’s crucial to consult a gynecologist who can advise if termination through medical means would be best for you.

Had accidental dried semen touch on vulva 4 days after finishing period a month ago. Took levonogestrel within 24 hours, period came 7 days after. Took pregnancy test kit today and came back negative, am I safe?
Female | 20
This case has a low likelihood of pregnancy because you took emergency contraception right away. The negative test result also shows it's improbable. You're doing well by being proactive! However, if anything seems off or you have concerns, it's smart to see a gynecologist.

I had a sex 3 times already but 4th time I got heavy pain n got stretched n got bleeding in orange colour burning like fire n on 1st sex time i got bleed in orange only but only few drops so wt it cause !!!? Y blood in orange color ??
Female | 25
It arrogates that the trauma, tension, and bleeding you went through while having sex could be the result of an injury or break in the layer of the vagina. The orange color of the blood may have been different because it combined with the cervical mucus or with vaginal discharge. You should be careful to observe rest and avoid sex as long as the pain and bleeding continue. To avoid symptoms getting worse, immediately consult a gynecologist if symptoms persist.

My mom aged 63 years has a painful swelling or kind of a bone like feeling above pelvis. Few weeks back she had loose motions, stomach ace and sometimes vomiting. Doctors treated her for acidity and she was fine later. What could be the issue for the painful lump? She is diabetic and her current pre range is 160
Female | 63
The painful swelling or bone-like feeling above the pelvis could be an abscess, hernia, cyst, or a tumor. Kindly get it checked with a gynecologist.
Given that she has a history of loose motions, stomach ache, and vomiting, its possible that the swelling is related to a previous gastrointestinal infection or inflammation.
Moreover her diabetes and current high blood sugar levels may also be contributing to her symptoms and complicating her condition.

Genetics might be one reason, or perhaps there are some constraints on growth. Sometimes this isn’t significant but follow-up with a healthcare professional is necessary for more assessment and observation. They will direct you accordingly so that the health and growth of your little one are right on track.

Missed period problem how to solve this problem
Female | 24
Missed menstruation can be because of different factors. Stress, sudden weight-gain , hormonal imbalance, and reproductive system disorders can be listed as the most typical causes. Being aware of any other inconveniences that have appeared along with missed periods would help you to find out the real issue. It would be beneficial if you could communicate with a gynecologist in that respect so that the right diagnosis can be drawn without further delay, and, if needed, the best treatment would be provided to you.

Hi, good day Last month I visited my aunt, used the toilet at her place, the toilet was awful Two days later I started feeling this light itch in my vagina, labia majora It continued the itch became worse and I even noticed a discharge I went to the pharmacy and bought fluconazole After taking the dose the discharge stopped and the itching reduced a great deal But then I exhausted the tablet I think I took it for five days I felt the infection was gone though I still had a bit of an itch... Afterwards my period came and during the course of my period I experienced no itch but after I was done with my period the itch returned, though not as it was before I started taking fluconazole, just that I get the itch from time to time I've not had sexual intercourse before (penis in vagina).
Female | 18
You might have yourself a yeast infection. Yeast infections can result in itching and unusual discharge. These occur when there is an imbalance between good and bad bacteria in the vagina. This can be caused by taking certain drugs or being in a wet place such as using a dirty toilet. Buy some anti-fungal creams or tablets from your local pharmacy. Another thing you could do is wear cotton underwear more often because they’re breathable fabric and practice good hygiene so that this doesn’t happen again.
