I am 13 year old female and I have a headache and nausea. It started in the evening I cried after that I felt dizzy. I slept and when I woke up I was dizzy and nauseous. Do you know why it is like that?
Female | 13
Feeling headaches and nausea could be from several reasons. You might get this when you’re very upset or stressed because you’ve been crying a lot. Being lightheaded might also make someone feel like throwing up. Perhaps you twisted oddly in sleep or didn’t have enough to drink yesterday. Try lying down in a quiet room for some time; have a glassful of water and eat something small if possible.

My dad is 70 yrs old, had seizures since last October, diagnosed with testicular tumour and hypertension, an operation was done and he was OK, then the seizures recurred again about 6 times since January but last night was the worst. Please help me We're in a war zone and can't take to a hospital What can I do ?
Male | 70
Seizures can be scary, especially when they happen often. In his case, they might be due to the testicular tumor or other health issues. To help him, keep him safe during a seizure by moving away harmful objects and laying him on his side. Comfort him and stay with him until it ends. Watch for any new symptoms and, if possible, gently clean any wounds he may have gotten. It's important to stay calm and supportive. Although you can't go to a hospital right now, keep monitoring his condition and get medical help as soon as possible.

I am having headache and feeling dizzy in the morning suggest something
Male | 23
These signs may arise from many different causes. One possible reason could be dehydration caused by not drinking enough water or inadequate sleep. In some cases, the morning headache can also be caused by breakfast skipping. Pay attention to your diet, include plenty of water and try to sleep well. When the symptoms do not go away, it is good to ask a doctor for help.

Random numbness in your body can feel quite worrying. Causes include circulation issues, compressed nerves, or anxiety. For prevention, eat nutritious foods, exercise regularly, and manage stress levels. How to recover from paralysis
Male | 68
Being unable to move a part of the body is what paralysis is all about. It can be caused by different things such as strokes, injuries or diseases like MS. Common signs include loss of sensation and/or inability to move. Your comeback will depend on the cause; if it’s due, to, for instance, a stroke then one may recover quicker than expected but usually physical therapy is always recommended. In addition, healthy eating habits exercise, and keeping a positive mindset go a long way in aiding recovery.

Headaches and iam not sleeping. I feel my pulse in my head, heart, and hands. I feel that my mind is not sleeping. I cannot sleep. The tests and x-rays are fine. Iam feel lost my mind its from 10 years every day
Male | 30
You seem to suffer from chronic insomnia and tension headaches. Your heart can actively start to beat in your head, heart, or hands during the panic attacks. The lack of sleep that causes the symptoms gets even worse daily. Among them, which can be triggered by stress, insomnia, and bad habits in sleeping. Create a bedtime routine, restrict caffeine, and screen time before bed, and practice deep breathing percussions. Physical activity and counseling can also be amongst the manners to receive further benefits.

Could you kindly advise treatment for HSP gene11, outcomes, side effects, any long term results please (for my sister, now cannot walk unaided, requires 4wheel mobility walker). Thank you.
Female | 63
The overexpression of HSP gene11 can cause a wide variation of effects and side effects. It can be long-term, and will for example impede walking, maybe, as your sister, has difficulty walking anymore. Obtaining help from a neurologist who treats Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) for the right treatment and management is indispensable in this case.

I have got a migraine And I am having trouble speaking, my voice is not coming out and I am having a headache
Female | 27
It is known that migraines are conditions that cause severe headaches and may also affect your speaking. The causes of your discomfort might be, among others, stress, dehydration, or lapses in your usual routine. One recommendation that I have is to find a place where you can rest quietly and be in the dark and try using a cold compress on your forehead. If you can see that the pain is relieved by water and taking the pain relief pills, you are on the right way. Still, in case of the worsening or the persistence of your speech problems, the care of the neurlogist should be sought without delay, since they can give you the necessary support for your condition.

I wanna try to get scanned for a brain tumour, this thought has gone as far back as grade 8 and I know this is out of proportion insane but I mean at first it started with the moments of feeling like I was getting dumber instead of smarter, not like beating myself up but just the actual feeling of losing information Then it was the foggy memories, messed up timeline, all of which I just kinda blamed on Parasomnia Then it was the derealization, the feeling of my grip on the world was leaving me and I’ve just tried so hard to fight it The change in my thoughts I mean I’ve become borderline obsessive, bi polar at my worst and even just thinking of life differently I mean in grade 9 I even just lost so much sense of fear, I started being way more reckless than before Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if it was what helped Mono attack my body harder I mean looking at symptoms yeah I only have the less severe ones but even loss of hearing and vision change has kinda set in I’ve heard stories of people who didn’t bother to check man and it just makes me afraid that I’m a ticking time bomb until the time someone sees me faint and not wake up Today in class I got, so, so lightheaded, and I just feel this impending doom sitting on my chest man
Male | 15
I would recommend you to book an appointment with a neurologist to detail your symptoms and worries regarding the potential brain tumor. He can perform extensive evaluation and diagnostic tests to determine the source of your symptoms. It is not advisable to wait until the time runs out and an early diagnosis will help you have a different outcome.

I am a 60 years old woman and I have Chiari malformation syndrom since 20 years
Female | 60
Chiari malformation syndrome occurs when the lower region of the brain known as the cerebellum gets compressed through the skull hole that permits the spinal cord to pass. It can lead to symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, dizziness, or walking problems. Treatment can be routine medications for the symptoms and sometimes surgery to relieve the pressure on the brain. Discuss your symptoms with your neurologist.
