You seem to suffer from chronic insomnia and tension headaches. Your heart can actively start to beat in your head, heart, or hands during the panic attacks. The lack of sleep that causes the symptoms gets even worse daily. Among them, which can be triggered by stress, insomnia, and bad habits in sleeping. Create a bedtime routine, restrict caffeine, and screen time before bed, and practice deep breathing percussions. Physical activity and counseling can also be amongst the manners to receive further benefits.

Your problem seems to point that your sleep and your focus are getting affected by your case. It may be due to your sleep pattern or stress. You should just adopt some healthy habits such as following a consistent sleep schedule, exercise daily, and keep away from electronic devices before going to bed. In order to develop better concentration usage of small study sessions and break will be the answer. If this problem still exists, seeing a physician or a mental health professional might be a good option.

INCASE THEY HAVE ANY TROUBLE STRUGGLING TO TRY TO FALL A SLEEP TO BEGIN WITH AND BY DOING SO BY STARTING . A SLEEP . ROUTINE . THAT WAY .TO BE ABLE TO GET AS MANY HOURS OF SLEEP BEFORE MIDNIGHT 12:00 AM. ALSO BY DOING A SLEEP ROUTINE THAT. WAY FALLING ASLEEP BEFORE 12 AM TO MAKE IT EASIER TO STAY A SLEEP. THROUGH. GET TO SLEEP TO BEGIN WITH AND WHEN SHE DOES GET TO SLEEP SHE CAN END UP WAKENING UP. 2 OR 3 THROUGH THE HOURS SHE TRIES TO SLEEP FOR AND IS. UP AND DOWN TO THE TOILET 2 OR. 3 TIMES THROUGHOUT THOSE HOURS. ALSO BECAUSE OF THIS SHE GETS ALMOST SIX HOURS OF SLEEP ON A DAILY EVERY WEEKLY BASIS. AND. WHEN I TRY TO ENCOURAGE HER TO START A SLEEP ROUTINE 3 OR FOUR HOURS BEFORE 12:00 AM . SHE WOULD ALWAYS COME UP WITH AN EXCUSE WHEN I SAY IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT FOR REM SLEEP AND THE RECOVERY. PERIOD AND HER SAYING THERE'S IS NO. POINT PEOPLE WITH SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA. NEVER GO INTO A DEEP SLEEP TO BE ABLE TO GET. REM SLEEP. AND THE RECOVERY PERIOD BY. HER. SAYING. THAT. MAKING IT. SEEM. A daytime sleep schedule not only helps a patient with fibromyalgia to get better but is also of paramount importance to them to avoid sleeping after midnight. Sleep can aggravate or diminish pain, tiredness, and even exacerbations. Adjusting the sleep schedule 3-4 hours before midnight might be a good way to augment sleep quality. Convince your mother to give sleep a priority so that she can not only reduce what she is experiencing but also have better overall health.

You are having stress and anxiety symptoms. Stress can result in poorer memory, anxiety, and distorted reality. Fatigue, perpetual gloom, and delusion are also possible indicators of stress. To feel better, engage yourself in some calming activities such as breathing deeply, speaking with someone you trust, or doing something you like, such as listening to music or taking a walk.

It is always best to consult with her doctor to see what's the best course of action is for her. However, medications such as oxybutynin, tolterodine, and solifenacin may be effective in treating urinary incontinence. Additionally, physical therapy and pelvic floor exercises may help improve her walking and bladder control.

Migraine through out day on and off

Male | 16

Yes, migraines can occur on and off throughout the day. Migraine attacks are characterized by severe headaches often accompanied by other symptoms like nausea, sensitivity to light, or aura. The duration and frequency of migraines vary among individuals, and some may experience multiple episodes in a day. If you're experiencing frequent or severe migraines, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and management.
