Hello Abhay, As details given by you, it's been a year since your relative had an accident wherein he suffered from injury to his brain. It is definitely a serious injury which has lead to total paralysis and loss of speech over time. Recovery of the patient depends on his age, associated comorbidities (illness), and on the gravity of the injury. You need to consult a neurologist at a higher centre. He may need a team of doctors to evaluate this case. So please consult a neurologist first and then decide on treatment. Most important in your case is bedside care of the patient till you further decide on his treatment. Wish the patient a speedy recovery. Hope our answer helps you. Headache due to anesthesia injection after operation of Recurrent belanitis
Male | 24
Recurrent balanitis operation, like many other surgeries, has often anesthesia administration as a side effect that leads patients to experience post-operation headaches. This may be due to drinking too little water, using medications, or other problems with the disease. You have to see a physician or a neurologist for that to be examined and treated.

My vitamin b12 levels are near about 200 ng/ml from 10 years although I am non vegetarian.currently i am on ssri from 1 year for anxiety and depression.now iam feeling muscle pain legs, numbness in fingers of hand sometimes very rare. It is due to anxiety issues or b/12 .
Male | 39
Insufficient vitamin B12 amounts can lead to muscle aches and numbness which will be considerably suffered in fingers and legs. If your symptoms are related to low B12 levels, it may still be the case that your meat-eating habits do not have any effect. The best way to handle this with your doctor is to ask them to check your B12 levels and determine whether you need treatment or supplements.

I met with a head injury after a bike accident and suffered inter parenchymal bleeding as per ct scan doctors said I am alive just because blood did not clot inside head and it went out but m still facing issues with my memory after 2 months of the incident,in that accident my jaw was also dislocated but they operated it and fixed I don't know what is causing me memory problems
Male | 23
Memory trouble following a blow to the head might be due to the way it affects your brain. When the brain’s tissues become injured, this can impact its ability to store and recall information. Sometimes these kinds of injuries need time to heal so make sure you’re getting plenty of rest and eating well while also seeing your neurologist for regular check-ups. They might even recommend certain therapies designed specifically for improving memory.

You are experiencing pain and trembling in the morning which can be worrisome. These symptoms are often associated with your nervous or muscular system. One of the common reasons may be poor blood circulation or stress. Try to take fluids in a proper amount and nutrition through a regular diet. You can do some light stretching exercises as well. If it persists, booking an appointment with a neurologist to get a medical certificate is advisable.

I’ve been having a lot of uncomfortable symptoms. After I’ve been sitting for a while, when I stand my lower leg feels numb and tingling. I don’t have a way to check my temperature but I’ve been feeling really hot & cold. I’m worried.
Female | 22
Nerves can get compressed if you sit still for too long. Such a condition makes you feel a tingling sensation when you stand up. If you experience the feeling of extreme heat and cold, then your body is probably unable to maintain its temperature. Try to stretch and exercise a bit more while sitting. Besides, drink enough water daily. If these symptoms persist, consult a neurologist for a more in-depth assessment.
