I have some memory issue I forget things very easily Tingling sensation in hand and feet Headache Weakness
Female | 17
The possibility that a person may have memory problems, tingling in the hands and feet, headaches, or muscle weakness suggests that there may be a shortage of specific vitamins in his/her body like vitamin B12. Taking vitamin B12 could assist in this deficit and could be found in meat and dairy products.

I have a headache coming from inside of my head and it starting from left side then it radiate to back side of the head.. sometimes this pain is little and sometimes it is more. Even when I'm breathing the pain is happening. Why it is happening?
Male | 28
You may be having tension-type headaches. These feel like a tight band around your head. Stress, bad posture, or eye strain often cause them. The pain may move or spread. Try relaxing techniques to ease the headaches. Improve your posture and take breaks from screens. See a neurologist if they worsen or last longer. They can check further and suggest remedies.

Have been having constant headaches for weeks now. Especially when I wake up in the morning. The headache is one the two sides of my head, most time one sided, most time all around my head or forehead. The headache gets worse when I sleep and wake up and in the evening before bed. I feel my head pounding.
Female | 27
Experiencing constant headaches for weeks, particularly upon waking up, with pain on one or both sides of the head, forehead, and sometimes all around the head, could be due to tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, sinusitis, sleep related issues, neck problems, or dehydration. Since it is severe please consult a neurologist or headache specialist in your locality.

I couldn't sleep for 2 months as whever i sleep even for 10 mins i get a dream everytime. I am sleeping for minimum 3 hours a day and i am always tired even without work.
Female | 33
You can't get to sleep and walk around like a zombie during the day. If you have dreams every time you sleep, however, they may be short, and you are not getting REM sleep which is the deep sleep you need. As a result, you may feel you have more energy than you do. Thus, this might be a sleep disorder. If the problem persists, see a sleep specialist who can help with the evaluation and therapy.

When I press my head backside (the place where it was hit when I fell)... It's bleeding from nose... And we took a CT scan they told there's nothing on it... But now it's strted to bleeding on ears and then the eyes on the side where it was hit
Male | 16
It sounds like you are experiencing some serious symptoms, even though your CT scan showed no abnormalities. Bleeding from the nose, ears, and eyes after a head injury can be concerning and should be taken seriously. I strongly recommend that you visit a neurologist or an ENT specialist as soon as possible for a thorough examination and proper treatment. They will be able to assess your condition more accurately and provide the necessary care.

Headaches are the result of either changes in the flow of the fluids around the brain or irritation of the nerves. This is a new symptom for you; tell your neurologist about it. Keep them informed of all your symptoms; this will allow them to decide on the most suitable treatment for your general health care.

When someone breathes rapidly, trembles, and feels uncertain, it could indicate anxiety or fever. Rapid breathing emerges as the body responds to stress. Shivering might represent the body attempting to raise temperature. Hesitance could stem from worry or fear. To aid, try deep breaths, water consumption, and rest. However, if symptoms persist, it's crucial to seek assistance.

Good evening. I'm 21 years old, I have been noticing a numbness to my pinky finger of my right hand for quite some while now, it could literally last some hours, sometimes a day, it happens like once in a week. Whenever I have this numbness, I can move the other fingers, but the pinky finger sometimes affects my fourth finger, the finger beside it. Please what can I do?.
Male | 21
You might have a problem with a nerve in your arm that's causing your pinky and sometimes your ring finger to feel numb. This can happen if you put a lot of pressure on your elbow or do activities like typing for a long time. Try not to lean on your elbow too much or do activities that worsen it. You can also try gentle stretches to relax your hand. If the numbness continues then consult a neurologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
