How can I regulate my delayed menstrual cycle?
Hello I m 25yr old. Last few months my periods was delayed.my last month my date was 11or now 13 so I m worried about that.please tell me how can be normal as before

Sir, my girlfriend last period date is 29th oct 2023( period cycle is 28days ). We had a sex on 5th November with protection but suddenly i noticed that my Condom broken . But I feel that I didn't cum inside the vegina.
