Why is my period flow decreasing monthly?
Hello, I'm 21 years old and my weight is 65 kgs with 5,3 height. And my main concern is my period flow is very less from past 5-6 months . I don't have any other health issues or major symptoms. Also my periods are regular like I'm having periods every month on time but the flow is very less in comparative to 6 months back which was normal. In 10-12 hours my one pad is not even half covered.

Your period flow has become lighter over the last few months. This can be caused by various factors such as stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances. You may have to eat a well-balanced diet, keep active, and manage stress. If the problem persists, discuss it with a gynecologist.

I had unprotected sex (40 days) no periods 20 days pregnancy test is negative
Female | 18
If you've missed your period and got a negative test after having unprotected sex, it may be a hormone imbalance or stress is the reason. The historically held view is that one can get pregnant only through fibrous tissue. When you become stressed or uneasy, your hormones become imbalanced. This can lead to missed periods. To establish the root of the problem, give it time to sink in and then check for a new pregnancy test or go to the gynecologist for a checkup.

Spotting after 6 months of delivery and no periods...after 3 months of delivery 1st period started and it was normal and next month onwards only spotting no bleeding .is it normal?
Female | 32
Your body goes through big changes when you have a baby. Spotting can be quite normal. Hormones make things shift. Since your first period after birth was regular beforehand, this spotting may just be adjustment. But if spotting keeps happening, or you notice odd signs, talk with a gynecologist to stay safe.

Missing a menstrual cycle can be influenced by various factors, such as hormonal changes, stress, or underlying health conditions. The weakness, fatigue, and headaches you’ve experienced could be related to these changes or other lifestyle factors, including diet and hydration. It's essential to monitor your symptoms and consider maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and getting adequate rest. However, I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist for a thorough evaluation and personalized advice. Professional guidance is crucial for addressing your concerns effectively and safely.

hello mam, My period date 3 noember hoti. At that time I had my period but since December I have not had a period. If I check with pregnancy kit, it is showing negative, even though it has been 2 months today, there is still no period, what should I do? There is no hit in my body.
Female | 27
In the case of a missed period, it\'s certainly understandable to be worried, especially after two months! Stress is one of the factors affecting the menstrual cycle, along with hormonal changes, changes in weight, and picking up some underlying health conditions, which can also be the case. If you have been getting negative pregnancy tests, it would be a good idea to keep track of your symptoms and note any alterations in your body. Seek a gynecologist for a comprehensive road test.

Female | 21
It sounds like your periods are a bit irregular, which can happen sometimes. Spotting between periods can be due to hormonal changes, stress, or even a minor infection. Getting periods 10 days early might be influenced by these factors too. It's good to keep track of your periods and any unusual symptoms. If it continues, it's good to discuss this with a gynecologist.

31 january ko period aaya tha or 4 February ko khtm hua or 8 Feburary ko sex kiye or 9 February ko mai I pill le chuki hun or 21 February ko bleeding hua hai or 4 march ko phir se bleeding ho rha hai to pregnancy ho skti hai
Female | 16

Female | 21
It's understandable to feel concerned about not having your menstrual cycle for three months. This condition, known as amenorrhea, can result from various factors, including stress, significant weight changes, excessive exercise, or hormonal imbalances. It's important to pay attention to your body and any other symptoms you might be experiencing, such as mood changes or fatigue. I recommend keeping track of your overall health and lifestyle. Most importantly, it would be beneficial to consult a gynecologist for tailored advice and to rule out any underlying issues.

Female | 20
Such a long period of bleeding could be due to a hormonal imbalance, infection, or some problem with your uterus. It is important to see a gynecologist for the correct diagnosis and the right treatment. However, you can take iron supplements which are common medications to avoid anemia caused by excessive bleeding.

My girlfriend had her regular period on March 2nd, but she started bleeding again on March 20th. It's now the 7th day, and she is still bleeding lightly. The blood is brownish and doesn't smell like a normal period. We had a fight before this happened, and we also had unprotected sex but no ejaculation. Could this be stress-related, hormonal imbalance, or something else? Should we be worried?
Female | 28
It’s understandable to be concerned about changes in bleeding patterns. Experiencing brownish discharge, especially after a recent period and potential stress, can be related to hormonal shifts, which may occur due to various factors including emotional stress or lifestyle changes. While this could be normal, it’s wise to monitor her symptoms. If the bleeding persists, becomes heavier, or is accompanied by pain, consulting a gynecologist would be beneficial.

i am planning to get pregnant can i take enzoflam for bodybpain
Female | 25
Enzoflam is a medicine for pain relief; however, it should not be taken while pregnant because it can harm the unborn child. It is normal to have aches and pains throughout your body when you are pregnant. You could do light physical activities or soak in warm water instead of using enzoflam. Also, talk to your gynecologist for advice on which painkillers are safe to use during pregnancy.

16 Year old female. Has a cut or tear on the vagina at the bottom not like inside but right before the hole. it has no odor puss or a different color.. it’s only been there for a few days and there’s nothing out of the ordinary. is this something to worry about?
Female | 16
The cut or tear that you have around your vagina is, in my opinion, a small scratch of the skin. This can take place because of friction or irritation. Spotting or sometimes pain may be experienced. It's very essential to maintain the hygiene of the area. The use of warm water for the cleaning of the wound is a good option. Alternatively, a thin layer of Vaseline can be used to cover the skin as it helps the skin to heal. If that fails to be the case, or if it does, You can also consult a gynecologist.

Female | 44
Factors like stress, hormonal changes, or even an early sign of menopause could contribute. Symptoms such as nausea and discomfort in your knees and back may also relate to hormonal fluctuations or other non-pregnancy conditions. Since your home pregnancy test is negative, consider retesting in a few days or consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation. They can help determine the cause of your symptoms and provide guidance tailored to your needs.

I missed my periods this month
Female | 20
It is usually common. Stress affects your body. Weight changes and hormones cause issues, too. You may notice sore breasts, bloating, and moody feelings. Take care - eat the right foods, relax well, and get good rest. If still persists after efforts, see a gynecologist for further guidance.

I'm 22 years old,I got my period on May 20-23.I had sex on 29,i used ECp on May 31st to prevent ovulation (I was like 5-6 days away from ovulation).I started to have brown discharge and mild cramps on June 9.It turned red on 10 and today being 11.It doesn't really stain my paint liner. I only get drops when I pee or poop.Normal?. When will it stop as well?.
Female | 22
The brown discharge could be old blood and early signs of the period starting. The routine of the ECp may have altered your cycle. Cramps are usually mild during periods. The bleeding should cease within a few days. It’s fine to observe for now. If it becomes heavy or lasts for a long time then you might want to have it looked at.
