A month ago my boyfriend pulled out his penis and condom, and ejaculated by hand onto my body. Some came onto my vagina and we wiped it off. How likely is it to get pregnant this way?
Female | 35
Please take a home pregnancy test or a blood test to confirm, because there can be chances of pregnancy.

I am 22 year old female, and I have missed my period since 2 months. What are the possible reasons and how to cure it?
Female | 22
Most of the young women go through amenorrhea. Stress, changes in weight, hormonal imbalances, and even excessive exercise could be the possible causes. Furthermore, issues such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid dysfunction could be the cause as well. A visit to the gynecologist is a must if you want to be sure of the diagnosis and get proper treatment for this issue.

Missed period and white discharge for vagina
Female | 29
Missed periods and white vaginal discharge can be because of pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, infections, or certain medications. If you are sexually active then take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as the cause of your symptoms. If the test is negative, consult a gynec.

Your symptoms could indicate various conditions such as endometriosis or ovarian cysts. A gynecologist can provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment options tailored to your needs.

hi,my mom, who is 55, experienced menopause a decade ago. However, she has recently noticed some unexpected bleeding. I thought menopause meant no more periods. Why is she bleeding after 10 years of menopause? Should we be concerned, and what should we do about it?
Female | 55
An abnormal vaginal bleed after menopause could indicate the presence of uterine cancer or endometrial hyperplasia and hormonal imbalance. I recommend that your mother consult a gynecologist immediately. A gynecological oncologist is a specialist who can diagnose her in more detail and prescribe treatment if necessary.

35 Female with lower abdominal pains below the belly button, bilateral(on both the left and right sides) unilateral in nature(where one sided pain occurs). Sharp and pinpoint to same location for both left and right sides, directly across from each other. happening since October 2021, coincided with period first occurrence on right side 2021 thought it was a cyst at first. Went away until the second occurrence on June 19th, 2022(period cycle then was June 8th - 16th), right side. Went away and returned September 25th, 2022 on left side this time(period cycle for September 2022 was the 3rd through 11th), it occurred again in January 7th 2023 on the right side(period cycle for January 2023 a skipped period) at this point I still thought it was was cyst like pain or even ovulation pain bothering me,so I went to gynecologist, they thought it could be large intestine related due to the location of the pains. I got an ultrasound that came back normal in February of 2023. The same day i had the ultrasound, I went to medexpress to get my physical for my driver's permit, and they suggested asking my previous pcp for a ct scan, to check my appendix. It was hard to get into my previous pcp as I didn't see them in 3 years so I wasn't established. I reached out to the gynecologist I saw in january of 2023, in June 2023 when I had another occurrence of the pain, to see about getting a ct scan. It was approved by insurance, but ultimately denied under physician review( by the supervising gynecologist, and my previous pcp, because my ultrasound was normal). I then established care in December of 2023, with a new pcpx who is suspicious that my pains are coming from ibs mixed with spasms. I am taking dicyclomine 10 mg 4 times a day as needed, but it's not really doing anything when the pains occur. My pcp also changed my dicyclomine to a 45 day supply as I asked in a different question. I also met with a surgeon in March of 2024 due to a large gallstone, as my pcp said they were common in people my age. The surgeon gave a complete different answer than what I have been given before, and he thought my pains could be coming from endometriosis. The surgeon performed my cholecystectomy, on May 29th, and did a general exploration during it, but found no endometriosis. My pcp still suggested getting an evaluation for endometriosis just to know we didn't miss anything, as well as getting evaluated by a gastroenterologist. As my pains have still been continuing. What could these pains be coming from? I feel like I will be tossed back and forth between gynecology and gastroenterology, and I don't want that at all. Some helpful info: My new pcp also diagnosed me with pcos as I fit the criteria for it with my irregular period cycles, despite my bloodwork and ultrasound coming back normal. I also had the cbc; comprehensive metabolic panel; celiac; thyroid; A1C; ESR; and C-Reactive protein all tested in December of 2023 when I met with my new pcp. The only two that came back as abnormal were my ESR at 34 and C-Reactive protein at 29.7

You have been through a lot with your abdominal pains. Therefore, considering the normal ultrasound results and the new suspicion of endometriosis from the surgeon, your pain may be due to endometriosis, the condition wherein tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus that can result in cyclical sharp pelvic pain. It's okay to talk to a gynecologist about more tests and treatments. Besides, you might want to see a gastroenterologist, too, so as to eliminate the probability of any intestinal problems causing the symptoms you are having.

Periods can be late due to a variety of reasons. Your cycles can be broken by stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances. In case your chest feels tense, moods shift, and your periods are late as well, it can be due to hormonal changes. Instead of running around, it is only bad to foods, so, go to yoga for soothing your mind, and get hydrated for a better way of cycle.

Female | 21
Most folks get anxious if their period doesn't arrive on time. Numerous reasons can throw it off schedule. Anxiety, hormone shifts, sudden weight changes, or heavy workouts sometimes delay it. Unprotected sex raises pregnancy concerns. Watch for tender breasts, bloating, and emotional ups-and-downs too. Stay relaxed; periods may run late. But if it stays missing after several weeks, consulting a gynecologist provides reassurance.

Initially, some women may suffer from the psychological pressure of using a condom for the first time, which may slow the menstrual cycle. Moreover, hormone fluctuations, changes in diet, or lifestyle changes can also play a role. If you think of pregnancy, you can test your urine to see. If you find that this problem does not exist or there are other effects, it is better to consult a gynecologist.

Abhi meri period chal raha hai abhi meri period ko 4 din hua hai meri period khatam hone ki 7 din me Kundu date me sex karne se pregnant ka chance jyada rahega ??
Female | 20
On average, the menstrual cycle lasts from 3 to 7 days. There are pregnancy possibilities even if having sex at any time, but the chances are greater during ovulation, which usually occurs on the 14th day of a normal cycle. If your period started 4 days ago and you have a 28-day cycle, ovulation could be in place now.

Hello, I have a question in the field of gynecology. My cycles last approx. 30 days. I had unprotected sex on April 13. but the parter did not ejaculate in me, but stated that he felt some fluid coming out of him, but he stopped intercourse, after which he ejaculated outside of me. I took the EllaOne pill 3 days after, just in case. A week after the pill, I took a Clearblue early pregnancy test and it was negative, and on Thursday (9 days after the pill) I started bleeding lightly (then it was the day before my expected period). The bleeding started mildly, but after a couple of hours, red blood and a stronger stream appeared. On the 4th day, the bleeding stopped, but there was still blood in the vagina. The cervix is hard, lowered and slightly open. Yesterday (day 5) the bleeding started again but much milder than usual (my periods usually last 7 days) and in the afternoon the pad was empty again. I took another pregnancy test, an early Clearblue test (16 days after intercourse) and again it was negative. Today, slight bleeding appeared again, but not enough to soak the pad, I have slight cramps in my stomach and back. I'm under a lot of stress all the time. I'm wondering if it's possible that I'm pregnant or if the pill messed with my hormones. I am asking for your answer. Kind regards.
Female | 20
The pill you took after sex without protection was smart. The bleeding could be from the pill. Those pills can change your period and cause bleeding. Stress can also make your period weird. Since tests say not pregnant, you likely are not pregnant. But watch for other signs and visit a gynecologist if you need help.

I'm married. I'm not getting periods from 3 months when I test in prega news it shows faint line and not getting pregnancy symptoms before 3days it's bleeding but after that It's stopped completely.Am I pregnant or not?
Female | 22
According to the explanation you have given, the light shade of Prega News and the inconsistent bleeding that is happening to you may be the signs of getting pregnant. Pregnancy signs such as the absence of the menstrual period and a thorough age of light bleeding could also be the answer. Nevertheless, one has to be certain that a diagnosis of pregnancy is accurate. This means, seeing a gynecologist for a physical examination and proper diagnostic tests.

I am 27 years old. I had a ovarain tumor in my left abdomen and then I went through a surgery. I don't feel like eating anything . I always feel like vomiting and by belly is always full
Female | 27
You are suffering from side effects after surgery to remove an ovarian tumor. After the surgery, you may feel satiety and want to throw up. This could be because your digestive system is still recovering. Start with small, light meals, and drink enough water. Greasy or heavy foods should be avoided. If this continues, you must inform your surgeon so they can give you proper guidance.

Bonsoir ma belle mere vien opéré un polype il y a 1mois mais la un autre polype et revenu esque cest dangereux
Female | 63
The polyps may return after an operation, but that is not necessarily dangerous. The polyps usually do not have symptoms, however, and occasionally there is bleeding or an upset stomach. In case the polype repeats, it is significant to go to your gynecologist to talk about the treatment options. Sometimes only regular check-ups are required, but other times, another surgery is needed.

I am a 23 year old female, 23weeks pregnant. I have quite a stupid question but im a first time mom & it's a need to know. There's many stories going around but i would like to know if my position affects how baby is laying in my womb. eg, if i am laying with my legs up (giving birth position) does that mean the baby is in the same position in my stomach?
Female | 23
The way you position your body can indeed affect how comfortable you are, yet it does not accurately reflect the baby's position in your womb. Babies move around and shift in the womb when they are looking for the most comfortable spots. At 23 weeks, they have enough space to assume various positions. If you have concerns about fetal positioning or notice something unusual, the best thing to do is to see a doctor. They have the know-how to come up with advice and they stand by you through all the tests. Just think, every pregnancy is different, and qualified health care is vital to the health of you and your baby.

MISSING periods in PCOS is common.. Protected sex reduces pregnancy risk. Meprate is used to induce periods.. Periods indicate NO pregnancy possibility..

Consult a gynecologist or women's health specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Possible causes are infections like yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, sexually transmitted infections, allergic reactions, or hormonal changes. Avoid scratching, maintain good hygiene, and wear loose clothing.
