You could be undergoing a migraine experience. Migraines can bring about severe pain in the head which is usually unilateral. It can then spread from the eye, ear, throat, and sometimes even to tearing. Going through the menopause, you may have seasonal hormonal changes. Most people feel that climate change can trigger migraines. To try to avoid migraines, note what triggers to look for, practice some relaxation techniques, and get over-the-counter drugs used with guidance under the care of your doctor could be some good ideas.

When Parkinson's is this far along, it's a good idea to get care at a special hospital. The hospital can help manage your dad's symptoms. He might benefit from physical therapy to stay as active as possible. The doctors may change his medications or consider surgery to help him feel better. Before going to the hospital, gather all your dad's medical records. Write down notes about how he's been doing lately. This information will help the doctors understand his situation and make a good treatment plan just for him.

Sir I have had two foot foot drop for the last few years, let me know the solution
Male | 42
The best solution for foot drop is usually an AFO (ankle-foot orthosis) brace. This brace helps to keep the ankle in the correct position and supports the foot, allowing you to lift it more easily. Your doctor may also recommend physical therapy or other treatments, such as electrical stimulation or surgery, to help strengthen and improve the function of the muscles in your foot and ankle.

Can you please suggest some nontropics medicines which can remove Amyloid Plaques from the brain ?
Male | 53
Amyloid plaques in the brain are associated with memory issues and confusion which are typical of Alzheimer's disease. Nontropic drugs which are the drugs being studied for their possible use in removing the plaques are still in the research phase. Currently, there isn't a particular medicine that can do this. Consuming a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and stimulating your mind are all great ways to support brain health.

Male | 20
A diffuse axonal injury happens when the brain gets shaken in the skull. This leads to struggles with thinking, moving, and even waking up. There's no quick fix, but therapies like physical and occupational can assist your son. Omega-3s may benefit brain wellness too.

The overexpression of HSP gene11 can cause a wide variation of effects and side effects. It can be long-term, and will for example impede walking, maybe, as your sister, has difficulty walking anymore. You may feel light-headed if you stand up too fast. This could be caused by several things such as dehydration, low blood pressure, or problems with your inner ear. You should try drinking more water, getting up more slowly, and eating regular meals. If these steps don’t help, then it would be best to see a neurologist.

Hellp! I am someone with MS. I have very low vitamin D levels and have had that flr a while. I an currently experiencing pain in my left leg. In both knee and thigh. I have pain and can not stand on it as usual. It is the second time in less than 2 weeks (my knee, first time)
Female | 25
Lack of vitamin D levels in the case of multiple sclerosis patients may be responsible for muscle pain on some occasions. You should be getting enough vitamin D from sunlight or a supplement of vitamin D. Besides that, you can try to make the tension loosen or apply a warm compress to stop the pain. If the pain continues, go to a doctor to get professional advice.

Haii doc, Thanks in advance for answering my questions. Doc my problem is something fishy like I feel unstable and dizzy while hearing load sounds noise and also in closed rooms and sometimes due to horns of buses. I use to get out of the place to make myself relax before I get dizzy on floor. Could you help me regarding this
Male | 23
You may be experiencing noise-induced dizziness, wherein loud sounds or certain surroundings make you feel off-balance or dizzy. It can occur as a result of the sensitivity of your inner ear. It is perfectly normal to be anxious in such situations. Try the earplugs in the noisy areas and take short breaks in the quieter spots. If the issue remains, it is necessary to talk with a neurologist for more information in case of a further problem.

An MRI finding of zoe is left temporal sclerosis the doctor gives her medicine to take for 1 years but i have a question for this case if it can be curable by surgery?
Female | 10
Left temporal sclerosis as seen by MRI at Zoe implies that some of the brain cells are not functioning properly. This can result in seizures that resemble staring or shaking. Zoe's doctor prescribed medications for a year to control seizures. In some cases, surgery can help if medications are not effective. The surgeons can remove the part of the brain causing the problem. Consult with your neurologist to determine the best course of treatment for you.
