My friend is suffering from moderate right plural effulsion and biletral lungs fluid it is dangrous???
Male | 24
Your friend has extra fluid around the lungs, on both sides. It's called moderate right pleural effusion and bilateral lung fluid. This makes breathing difficult, causes chest pain, and coughing. Leaving it untreated may be dangerous. The causes could be infections or heart issues. Draining the fluid or taking medicines might help, depending on why it happened. It's crucial your friend visits a pulmonologist for proper tests and treatment.

Cough not cure for 2 years
Female | 39
A cough that has lasted for 2 years can be a serious issue that we need to investigate. It could be attributed to several causes such as asthma, allergies, or even acid reflux. Other symptoms such as chest pain or difficulty breathing might give us clues. It's essential to go to a doctor for proper assessment and treatment. Don't postpone, as controlling the main issue can promote the relief of that intractable cough.

Been having a cough for 2 weeks finished my antibiotics I do vape
Female | 21
A respiratory specialist or pulmonologist might be the one to consult given a persistent cough for the past 14 days after you have completed the course of antibiotics. Vaping can aggravate the airways and increase respiratory problems; hence the doctors must do a thorough evaluation to put the conditions right.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infection that mainly affects the lungs. Symptoms include coughing, chest pain, weight loss, and fatigue. TB is a contagious disease that spreads through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Your uncle should stay in his room until he finishes his treatment, as TB can spread to others. To prevent this, certain measures should be followed. It's important to follow your doctor’s advice to protect both yourself and your uncle.

I had cancer with a thymoma gland - and it was removed by surgery - and I received 3 doses of chemotherapy protocol V I B - then a small tumor appeared in the right lung - and I took 3 sessions of radiation therapy - then the size of the tumor in the right lung increased to 14 cm - and I took 6 chemotherapy sessions (ganzara). Please, can I find a suitable treatment for you, please?
Male | 31
Lung metastases from cancer can result in cough, dyspnea, and chest pain. The therapy you underwent has been difficult, but it is worrying that the tumor in your right lung has increased so much. In this context, further investigation and possibly intervention such as surgery, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy might be the next step. It is crucial to consult your doctor about your case to determine the optimal path.

Female | 30
You might have a viral infection. Fever, cough, cold, body pains, and neck swelling are fairly common with these infections. The virus is being fought by your body, which is manifesting these symptoms. Resting, staying hydrated, and taking over-the-counter medications for fever and pain are helpful in this case. If your symptoms get worse or last longer, you should visit a doctor.

Male | 60
Your health tests came back normal which is good. However, the strange spots on the x-ray raise some concern. Those might show an infection like pneumonia. Antibiotics can help treat that condition. Do visit your pulmonologist again for more tests and proper treatment.

Coughing, wheezing, and feeling short of breath often occur. To improve air quality, keep your bedroom clean and dust-free. Using an air purifier can also help. However, if problems persist, see a pulmonologist without delay. They can evaluate your condition and provide appropriate treatment.

Sir mujhe montoux positive aaya hai but x-ray me abhi TB show nhi hua h or TB confirm ke liye sputum test me balgam bhi nhi aa rha hai to kya mujhe TB hai ya nhi
Female | 23
TB bacteria encountered in the body results in a positive Montoux test, but the test does not determine TB disease. Your lungs appear normal on the chest X-ray and sputum test, which indicates that you may not have active TB disease. On the other hand, it is suggested along with a pulmonologist the more specific diagnosis and administration of treatment.

Male | 17
You are right in saying that you have certain concerns regarding the application of creatine and whey protein while undergoing tuberculosis treatment. Normally, creatine and whey protein supplements are safe when taken safely, but in your scenario, you should be more cautious. TB treatment would require specific medicines to help do their job. The consumption of creatine and whey protein may interfere with the absorption of these drugs, or in other words, decrease the strength of drugs. It is also crucial that you do not deviate from the exact set of actions the medic tells you to because, in your place, your health is the top priority. Once the chemo treatment is done, you might consider the idea of taking these supplements as directed by your pulmonologist.

My lungs crackling only for 2-3 min, before 1 month i had dry cough and cold
Female | 22
If you’ve had a dry cough and cold recently, it seems like you might have some crackling in your lungs. This is normal. The sound could mean there is still mucus present. To remedy the situation, drink more water and practice breathing exercises. If it persists or worsens, take time off work so your body can recover.

It seems like the patient is experiencing a mix of symptoms, including mild fibrosis in the lungs, possible interstitial lung disease, and heart-related concerns like QT interval changes and palpitations. Male | 30
A fever and chest pain suggest a chest infection. Viral or bacterial infections often cause this. Take ibuprofen for pain relief. Acetaminophen helps reduce fever. Drink plenty of fluids. Get enough rest. If symptoms don't improve or worsen, see a pulmonologist for evaluation. They can determine the cause and proper treatment.
