Help! Pimples on my face for a month - Recovery?

I have pimples in my face since one month what can I do now to recover pimples

Persistent facial blemishes could come from changes in hormone secretion, stress, or the use of the wrong type of skin cosmetics. To help the affected parts of the skin to restore, you will need to put into practice a soft cleaning technique with a mild face soap at least two times a day. The augmentation of non-comedogenic moisturizers and products that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide might help. Don't touch or scratch the spots to reduce irritation. Living a proper life by consuming healthy foods and drinking enough water is another way of helping the skin be healthy. Still if the condition persists consult a dermatologist.

I have facial hair growth over both chin and upper lip. Its because of hormonal imbalance my DHEA level is 180. So may i know if laser hair removal will help get rid of this facial hair growth.

Female | 29

Laser hair removal can be an effective way to remove unwanted facial hair. But it is important to discuss any hormonal imbalances with your doctor before beginning a treatment plan. Laser hair removal may not be the best option for you if your DHEA level is high as this could lead to an increased risk of side effects. Your doctor may suggest other options such as oral medications, topical creams, or electrolysis.

Hello doctor , a cold sore under nose has left dark mark what to do regarding it

Female | 26

You have a dark mark left after a cold sore under your nose. A herpes simplex virus causes a cold sore. The sore is a part of the healing process, but it can leave behind a dark spot. This is the usual case. To help it fade, you can try using a cream with ingredients like vitamin C or kojic acid. Sunscreen use is always the first and essential skincare routine. With time, it should get better.

I have rashes like pimple whole over my body ..what should I do?

Male | 35

You seem to have eczema, a common skin issue. It causes itchy red rashes resembling pimples everywhere. Things like allergies, dry skin, or stress can trigger eczema's flare-ups. Gently cleansing with fragrance-free products and moisturizing regularly may soothe these rashes. However, scratching affected areas risks infection, so avoid that.

I found a bump on the side of my left breast. When I looked it was an open sore. This is not the first one to appear - but this one is worse, as it is sore to touch. I am planning on seeing a doctor this week. But what do I do?

Female | 19

Bumps and open sores can be caused by various conditions, from skin infections and cysts to breast cancer. I'm glad you have a doctor's appointment this week. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dry, avoid squeezing or picking at it, and wear loose-fitting clothes. Early detection and treatment save lives, so don’t miss your appointment.

I have dark spots on my face and it seems like Lichen Planus and how can I verify it?

Male | 23

Seeing a dermatologist for dark spots on your face is recommended to know what causes them. Lupus perchance is a skin disease with dark spots which no one can tell accurately unless a doctor does

I am 22 of age a female, recently I noticed some lumps close to my ass hole

Female | 22

In most cases, these lymph nodes are connected with the infections of the rectal region such as perianal abscess or a hemorrhoid. Symptoms comprise inflammation, aches, painful tingling, and pus if the glandular development becomes infected recently. The most essential actions are hygiene and heat compress usage. Likewise, examining these lumps would help to understand the situation, so if there is no improvement or worsening of this disease, you are advised to hurry to the medical center.

Hiii im a 19yo female. I recently shared a drink and a cigarette with a guy i just found out has herpes. He didnt have any sores on his mouth so im wondering if is possible to catch oral herpes by those contacts? Thank u in advance

Female | 19

Oral herpes can be spread through sharing drinks or cigarettes, even when no sores are visible. Symptoms might include tingling, itching, or blisters on or around the lips. There is no cure for herpes; however, antiviral drugs can help control outbreaks. Don't forget to follow safe practices to protect yourself from such infections in the future.

on 08/05/2024,suddenly i felt pain in my left breast. The pain went away after taking a pain killer. (hifenac sp).But after six days (on 14/052024)when I squeezed my breast,i found a pus like discharge from the same breast.next day i went to the doctor and i uploaded the prescription.now when i squeeze my breast i can see pus. i have two children.younger one is 4 year and 5 months old.no lump is felt.when will it be cured?should i stop squeezing breast?please help.

Female | 34

It seems like you are going through mastitis which is an infection in the breast tissue. The pus-like discharge is a sign of infection. Mastitis can result from bacteria entering the breast via a cracked nipple or blocked milk duct. It is important to keep on taking any prescribed antibiotics and not to squeeze the breast because it can make the infection worse. Ensure you feed and pump frequently in order to clear the infection. With proper treatment and rest, mastitis can generally be cured within a week.
