Seeing a dermatologist for dark spots on your face is recommended to know what causes them. Lupus perchance is a skin disease with dark spots which no one can tell accurately unless a doctor does

I have a red spot under my big toenail.
Female | 20
A red spot beneath your toenail indicates subungual hematoma. It must have happened from an injury that caused bleeding under the nail. That red spot is trapped blood. Leave it be if it's painless. Your nail will grow out in months. However, if it really hurts, visit a dermatologist.

Vitiligo is a condition in which white patches of the skin are formed. The cause is the absence of a substance called melanin, which gives skin its color. It's not, however, painful or contagious. At times, vitiligo could start from a small spot and then over time cover a large area. It is advisable to go to a dermatologist for correct diagnosis and treatment options.

I am 21 year old female. I have premature gery hair for last 4 years . But day by it increases. What should I do now?
Female | 21
It’s common to get gray hair early, especially if it started in your teenage years. This can be due to genetics, stress, or diet. While it might seem worrying, gray hair usually isn't a sign of a serious health problem. You can choose to use hair dye or embrace your natural look. Remember to eat a balanced diet, manage stress, and take good care of your hair.

Your skin is giving you a lot of trouble such as clogged pores, uneven pigmentation, acne, acne scars, and dullness. These may be caused by bacteria, the shedding of dead skin cells, and inflammation. You can try using a gentle cleanser, products that respect the skin barrier, medications that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, and sun protection.

I have acne scars which topical creams are best to use
Male | 24
Topical creams having retinoids, glycolic acid, and vitamin C are quite helpful in fading away the appearance of the scars. Nevertheless, you need to confer with a dermatologist if you are going to opt for a skin cream and the specialist can guide you with a better treatment plan that is unique to your type of skin and the extent of your scars.

Hi doctors, My mother who is 50 yrs old is facing excessive sweating from 2 years, we hve checked her BP, sugar and thyroid which are normal, but I'm not understanding which doctor to consult regarding this excessive sweating.
Female | 50
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is annoying. The reasons for the sweating can be other than normal BP, sugar, and thyroid of your mother. The medications, menopause, stress, or health problems that are hidden might lead to such a situation. A dermatologist with a focus on skin problems will be the best choice. They can help pinpoint the cause of the sweating and recommend treatments.

Small rashes starts on face yesterday today it spread on chest and back and also fingers...it doesn't feel itching but it is spread gradually..
Male | 7
Rashes that start on the face and spread to the chest, back, and fingers without itching may be caused by a virus such as “viral exanthem”. The virus creates a rash that can spread over time. Ensure that you maintain your cleanliness and take plenty of fluids, you could also use mild lotions. Also, try not to scratch one needs to get enough rest when having this type of infection. Get medical advice from a dermatologist if there are any other developments or if the condition worsens.

hello, i am 22. i am 18 weeks pregnant with twins. Recently my skin has been breaking out into the PAINFUL & VERY ITCHY welts all over my body, and there are days where it is hard to walk because my feet & legs would be so sore from them. as well as my hands. Ive spoke with my OB and a couple of doctors upon ER visits, but they have no idea what it is, and are jist diagnosing me with ‘hives’. i am not allergic to anything that i know of, i havent done anything new or different, but i would like some answers.
Female | 22
Those itchy welts sound uncomfortable. They could be hives - red, swollen bumps caused by stress or hormonal changes when you're expecting. With twins, your body may react more. For relief, try cool baths and loose clothes. Use mild lotions too. Keep talking to a dermatologist about managing symptoms best.

I have so many dark spots and hyperpigmentation on my face for about 10 years so what should I do?is mela glow rich cream is helpful for the removal of dark spots and hyperpigmentation?? plz suggest any medicine for this
Female | 22
Pigmentation-related conditions or dark spots on the face may come up due to different causes. However, the sun, hormonal changes, and skin inflammation commonly constitute the main factors behind it. In the fading of these spots, you might try products containing such ingredients as vitamin C, niacinamide, or retinol. Mela glow cream might be effective, nevertheless, before applying the cream, ask a dermatologist. Never forget to use sunscreen to shield your skin.

Small black burn marks from estim device under glans
Male | 20
Small burn marks under one's private parts can happen from using electronic devices. These marks may be black and caused by too much rubbing or heat. You'll likely feel tender, red, and sore there. Stop using the device right away. Gently wash the area with a mild soap and water. Apply a soothing cream like aloe vera to help it heal. If the burn marks stay or worsens, see a doctor to get checked out and treated properly.
