Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive. You did right taking it after unprotected intercourse. Sleepiness, spotting, stomach ache, and increased hunger are normal side effects. These aren't pregnancy signs. The pill works by preventing pregnancy. Your body needs time to adjust. Stay hydrated and relaxed. The symptoms will pass.

I have a fertility issue I didn't have a children for the last 2 years I have a early marriage
Female | 21
Feeling anxious when struggling with conception is ordinary. Not conceiving within two years of marriage might cause distress. This might result from hormonal imbalances, ovulation issues, or reproductive organ problems. Speaking with a gynecologist is crucial to comprehend the underlying factors. They can recommend appropriate treatments to aid in achieving pregnancy.

I think I have a vaginal infection. My vulva has whitish bruises that looks somewhat like ringworm. I don't experience pains while urinating but it does feel itchy from time to time. What would you advise me to do?
Female | 18
You might have a vaginal infection or skin condition. Whitish bruises and itching could be signs of a fungal infection or another issue. Visit a gynecologist for a proper examination and treatment. It's important to get the right diagnosis so you can start the correct medication.

Im not getting my periods for 2 months, 1 week ago I took pregnancy test twice, it shows horizontal line in control, consulted gynaecologist USG was done, there is no signs of pregnancy, then from the doctor's advice I took norethisterone tab for 2 days 3 times a day, still I'm not getting my periods back.
Female | 21
Lacking your period for 2 months can be a cause for concern. Stress, losing or gaining weight, or the imbalance of your hormones can result in your losing your period. The pills you took are just one part of the period starter. It's great that the ultrasound gave a negative result for the pregnancy test. Even if your cycle does not come, don't get panicked first. The best way to handle this situation is to get some advice from a gynecologist.

Bleeding and spotting are the most frequent phenomenon during the menses. However, they do not necessarily signify that something is going wrong. Yet, attending a gynecologist is required to make a correct diagnosis.

I had sex with my boyfriend third forth time , a few hours ago And noticed kind of bleeding not proper bleeding but A few light blood stains on my finger if i check now Am i fine ?
Female | 18
After having sex, spotting a little lightly is normal. It takes place since your body is sensitive in the vaginal area. There might have been some small tears, especially if things were rough. It could also be the female reproductive system getting used to the action. In most cases, if the flow is light and doesn’t last long, then it’s nothing to worry about. If this happens often or bothers you, speak with a gynecologist about it.

Missing periods can be caused by several issues ranging from pregnancy, stress, weight changes, hormonal changes, and certain medical conditions. It is important to go to a gynecologist who does a comprehensive physical examination to establish a conclusive diagnosis.

Mam first day of periods less bleeding just one or two strains or colour of blood is brown and have clots also the next blood is coming more
Female | 21
When the first day of your period is light with minimal bleeding, everything is likely fine. If the blood is brownish and contains some clots, don't worry; this can happen. On the following day, a heavier flow is normal as your body is adjusting. Brownish blood simply means the blood is older. However, if you feel nervous or experience pain, it would be wise to consult a gynecologist.

I am 5 weeks preganant. I have been having stomach pain for 8 days.
Female | 18
Stomach pain early in pregnancy can be due to the many changes your body is going through, which are often normal. However, it could also indicate a more serious issue, such as an infection or a problem with the pregnancy. Other symptoms like bleeding or fever may also suggest complications. It is important to consult your gynecologist, as they can identify the cause and provide the best treatment for you and your baby.

From past 2 months iam getting brown blood in my periods
Female | 21
Seeing brownish blood in the menstrual flow for the past 2 months can make you feel worried. This can be the case when the darker old blood takes time to leave the body than usual. Besides, some other signs to look for during the menstrual cycle are painful menstruations or period changes. It could be related to hormonal imbalances, stress, or a more serious health condition. Discussing the situation with a gynecologist is the best approach.

Thank you for the answer , but I'm still bleeding with blood clot with mild pain , is this normal for 9 weeks pregnant ( iud removed)
Female | 39
I would like you to make an appointment to see a gynecologist as soon as you can. Egg shedding with clots and cramps already at the 9th week of pregnancy, after having the IUD removed, seems not the right thing to happen. It is necessary to do a full range of tests to exclude any of the possible complications.

We have a sex with my wife ,then she got her period and why this month she does not?
Male | 24
Women's cycles can get thrown off occasionally - sex is rarely the only factor. Perhaps your wife's body is running late this month. Stress, trips, weight fluctuations, or hormone imbalances could be delaying her period too. If she isn't pregnant and it keeps being late, it's wise to see a gynecologist and get checked out just to be safe.

I have done sex today so I don’t want to pregnant and I didn’t use safety so I want use I PILL tablet to not pregnant
Female | 19
The “morning-after pill” is a type of emergency contraception that can prevent pregnancy if taken within a certain time after unprotected sexual intercourse. It does this by stopping or delaying ovulation (the release of eggs), which means there’s no egg for sperm to fertilize. Some common side effects include nausea, headache, and tiredness. Remember that this should not be used as regular birth control. If you are worried, you can reach out for further advice from a gynecologist.

I just stopped my birth control pills and got my period. Its my 3rd day and my period blood is still very dark brown, the flow is light and i feel nausea and stomach pain. I cant be pregnant right?
Female | 18
One of the effects that can occur from ceasing to use birth control pills is a change in your menstrual cycle. Dark color of blood flow occurring during periods may be associated with old non-excreted blood. Stomach pain and nausea may not be connected to the menstrual cycle. Such symptoms should be referred to the gynecologist for evaluation and management.

Hi, My blood type is A-. I had an abortion and was not able to take anti d within 72 hrs. Will it affect future pregnancies?
Female | 24
Not having anti-D within 72 hours after an abortion may pose a potential threat to future pregnancies. If you are Rh-negative and the fetus is Rh-positive, you are at risk of complications. This mismatch can make your system generate antibodies that may interfere with future pregnancies of Rh-positive blood. You must visit your gynecologist the alternatives and the possible complications concerning your case.

Was on pcos medications for 6 months which ended on 10 feb got my period on 15 Feb again on 1st March midnight I got bleeding like periods with clots for 2.5 days but the flow amount was less.what kind of bleeding was that? I have pcos and hypothyroidism. And also I gave a handjob to my boyfriend on 14th feb I'm unable to recall that I have touched my vagina with my hands or not ,but I got my period on next day that is on 15 feb .do I still have a chance to get pregnant? I have taken 2 pregnancy test on 2nd and 3rd March it came out negative.
Female | 20
The bleeding with clots might be caused by hormonal variations linked to PCOS and hypothyroidism. The lighter flow could also result from your recent meds. Regarding pregnancy concerns, negative tests, and your period suggest low chances. However, monitor any further changes and prioritize your well-being.

I used an emergency contraception about a month and a half ago, and found my self in a situation where I need to use one again now. In February I had a miscarriage and I’m just wondering how many times I can use emergency contraception, and if it’s okay to even after having a miscarriage. I have used probably about 6 in my life. Is there a limit to how many a woman can take? Will it affect my gynecological health?
Female | 21
Emergency contraception is intended for occasional and emergency use, not as a regular form of birth control. While there is no strict limit on how many times emergency contraception can be used, it's important to understand that it is not as effective or reliable as regular contraception methods.
Repeated use of emergency pills can disrupt hormonal balance in your body and cause irregularities in your menstrual cycle. It's recommended to speak personally with a gynec about more reliable and appropriate forms of contraception that can better suit your needs and provide ongoing protection.

Young girls sometimes get unpredictable periods. This is regular when beginning monthly cycles. Shifting hormones cause these changes. To help make your periods normal, eat balanced foods, exercise frequently, and reduce stress. If unpredictable cycles continue, talk to a gynecologist.

Having a period every 2 to 3 months is not normal. It can be a sign of hormonal imbalances in your body. Among the common ones are irregular periods and infertility. You may suffer from diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid issues. To help, consult a gynecologist for tests and the right diagnosis. Treatment may involve medications to help regularize your menstrual cycle.
