Why is my penis discharging milky fluid?

Hi, I am 28 years old, my penis is coming out something milky like sperms and my penis is painful, the discharge is not smelling and it wont stop coming out, what may be the problem and what should I do

Answered on 23rd May '24

It seems that urethritis infection might be what you have. Urethritis is the inflammation of the tube that carries urine and sperm. It may lead to pain and discharge from the penis that looks like milk. Often, urethritis results from infections such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. To get well, visit a clinic or go for a checkup from the urologist.

Hi, am Martin Mwila, am 26 years old and am a Zambian by nationality. My problem is I've never had sex with a woman before but last year I thought let me give it a try now I had to face this problem. Like the time I wanted to get intimate with my woman I couldn't get an erection at all. It happens that I can get an erection instantly when I don't have it in my mind that I will have sex with a woman for example when I'm maybe playing, touching or just talking with my woman I get an erection. But if I have intentions of having sex I don't get an erection. Please help me it's causing me to worry and feel depressed.

Male | 26

You're dealing with performance anxiety. This causes difficulties getting or keeping an erection during sex due to stress or pressure. To help, talk openly with your partner about your feelings. Practice relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises. Therapy or counseling can teach techniques to manage anxiety too.

Hi my girlfriend had licked my penis, though I hadn’t ejaculated but I suspect I had pre cummed, then she kissed me and she licked my fingers and fingered her, will this make her pregnant???

Male | 17

I get your fear but I can tell you now that your girlfriend can’t get pregnant from what you’ve said. For pregnancy to occur, sperm needs to fertilize an egg which usually happens during unprotected sex. There might be a small number of sperm in pre-cum but the likelihood of conception taking place in the situation that was explained is very minimal. It would be best if both of you do not want any STIs or pregnancies, and use condoms or any other forms of protection available.

Because I really want to leave it. Please suggest some home solutions without family members help. I cannot tell them about this. Please

It’s normal to be curious about your body, but too much can be bad for you sometimes. You might feel tired or guilty or have trouble concentrating on your schoolwork. One good way is to do things you enjoy and keep busy with them, such as sports, reading, or being with friends. You could also take up some form of exercise that interests you so that not only will it occupy your mind but also help shift your focus entirely. If you find yourself wanting to masturbate, try thinking about something else or doing another activity instead. Be sure to talk to a doctor if things get too much.

I had a sex contact and took Hive test on 25th Jan. Non-reactive (Feb-2) Next test (Feb-28) and LIST test (May-02) Non-reactive - now should I test?

Male | 32

A "non-reactive" result indicates that the test did not detect HIV antibodies or antigens in your blood at the time of testing. And you have consistently received non-reactive results over a span of a few months. However, for definitive advice regarding testing intervals and your specific situation, it's essential to consult a professional who specializes in sexual health or infectious disease

facing premature ejaculation problem as well as problem with erection. I am 36 years old. how to get rid of it. dont have any such other health issues. but from very early age have a addiction to masturbation. what should i do, should i start taking viagra or something else. kindly guide

Male | 36

Certain issues can cause people to finish too quickly and have trouble getting hard. Mental health can play a part in it, such as feeling nervous or being under tension. The problem may also be caused by masturbating too much when you were younger. Instead of taking drugs like Cialis, you should first try to find out what’s really going on through therapy or counseling and then look for ways to deal with your concerns. You must speak openly about this with your doctor so that they can give you the right advice.

Male | 30

Typically, ceftriaxone is effective, but it's essential to complete the entire prescribed course. Please visit your healthcare provider or a specialist in sexually transmitted infections to ensure your treatment is appropriate and complete.

Am a negative male whom has used pep for a previous condom breaking this year, and all results negative so far. Recently oral sex was given to me by a lady whom later said she was HIV positive, though ejaculation was not in her mouth..after this info I immediately went for another pep drugs usage within 24hrs and have started using it some days now Please what are my chances of becoming infected via this oral sex from a confirmed infected woman leasing me to start pep immediately again? NB: I came out negative within 24hrs bfr I started this pep usage & it's my 2nd usage this year?

Male | 43

I'm glad you've been practicing safe sex by using PEP. The risk of HIV infection through oral sex is mostly low, and when no ejaculation is present in the mouth, the risk becomes too small. However, following the doctor's instructions to continue PEP is still very crucial. Look for some symptoms such as flu-like illness, fever, or body aches, and be alert. Almost like a way to go, keep on track, and be positive with the PEP (treatment) regime.

Hi, I think I have an STI. After having sex about last week I noticed red painless sores on my dick cap. And now I'm having itching on various parts of my body. I also have itchy rashes on my butt and under my left arm

To identify and properly treat the STI, see a doctor. They can test you and provide medication. Be safe during sex to avoid future infections.

Yesterday I romanced with my boyfriend but did not have sex...and my boyfriend rubbed his penis on my vagina without protection but his sperm did not come out and did not even touch me, so can i become pregnant

Female | 19

You cannot get pregnant unless sperm enters your vagina. The process of pregnancy is when a sperm cell meets an egg cell. If there is no sperm from you, then there is no egg to be fertilized. In this scenario, you have nothing to fear. To be sure, watch for signs like missing periods or nausea.
