Hello, Sorry, but androgenetic alopecia is not curable. But thankfully there are drugs which are safe and can delay the occurrence of the condition, that is thinning and shedding of hair for many years. Also, there are surgical treatments like FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) and DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) which can help you to bring back your natural hair. But before moving forward you should consult the dermatologist and get to know whether you can get hair transplantation done or not. Hope our answer helps you. To get to the root of the problem, I suggest you pay a visit to a dermatologist who specializes in skin-related issues. In respect to that, protect yourself from bacteria and viruses by washing your hands regularly, avoiding touching your face frequently, and staying healthy to help the condition of your skin.

Acne is multi-factorial problem, hormonal disease in most of the patients, diet, exercise, hygiene, grooming practices play important role.so visiting dermatologist and taking treatment is one option and maintain treatment for long time because if you are getting any improvement with the treatment then continue it otherwise dermatologist will change it. there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised.

I have a 14 year old daughter who has a had a itchy raised red puffy bump on her left shoulder the last two days. It happened in the middle of her basketball game. It has gotten worse from her bra strap and shirt rubbing against it. I want to know what it is and how to fix this mystery.

Female | 14

Looks like your daughter has a skin irritation that is contact dermatitis. One common type is contact dermatitis, which is caused by something rubbing against the skin and triggering redness, itching, and swelling. This thing might be her bra strap or shirt, which is the cause of the rash on her skin when it rubs against it while she is playing basketball, To make her feel better, try to use a soothing lotion or cream and let her put on clothes that are not tight enough to prevent rubbing as much as possible.
