Could Friction Burns Cause Bumps on Genital Area After Sex?

Hi there, my partner and I had a lot of rough sex in a small period of time. I now have a small split below my vulva and a lot of small friction burns around it. I now have a lot of small bumps around my vulva and inside of the flaps that sting and are white on top. I also shaved the area on the same day. Are the bumps from the friction burns?

The small bumps and stinging could be due to the friction burns from rough sex in a short time. It is the fact that the skin gets too much rubbing causing such burns. Shaving may have also contributed to it getting worse on the same day. Try applying a mild, fragrance-free cream or ointment to the sore area to calm it down. Do not rub or irritate it more. It will also heal better if you wear loose-fitting clothes. You may see a dermatologist if it doesn’t get better or worsens.

I am 8 year old and have some kind of pimples on my elbow. First it was only on one hand but now it is increasing on the other hand also.

You may have a skin disease known as eczema. Eczema is a skin condition that develops itchy red lumps on the affected area. This case is common in children of your age. The reasons could be the problems of dry skin and allergic reactions. Use moisturizing lotion to keep your skin soft and stop it from itching. Sometimes the physician might prescribe a specific cream to help you with the itch.

I want to know about genital warts

Female | 25

Genital warts result from a virus which spreads via sex; they resemble tiny bumpy growths and may appear pink or flesh-colored, sometimes causing itchiness or pain. A dermatologist should be consulted for treatment; this could involve prescribing a cream or carrying out procedures to remove them. The use of protection during sexual activity can help prevent their transmission.

Is it possible for herpes signs to show up suddenly after 5 months of being with someone

Female | 22

Yes, it is possible. Visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Delaying treatment can lead to complications and the risk of transmitting the infection to others.

I have sweating glands under eyes. Can that be cured. If yes, how?

Sweating under the eyes is abnormal and may be an indication of such a problem as hyperhidrosis- this can signify something wrong in numerous parts of the body that appear to sweat profusely. Treatment alternatives range from topical antiperspirants, Botox injections, oral treatments to surgery if necessary. It is best to contact a dermatologist who can diagnose your specific condition and advise you on the most suitable treatment. They can give you a detailed assessment to find the root cause of your sweating and create an individual treatment plan that will help them deal with all these symptoms effectively. Remember, key to effective addressing of hyperhidrosis is the correct diagnosis as well as tailored treatment.

Hi sir, My self prashanth faceing problem fungal infection leg last finger getting tomuch of pain

Male | 37

Hi Prashant. Fungal infection of toe nail is a common in people who are in professions where there feet remain moist or have to wear shoes for long period of time. You need to keep your feet dry. Change socks twice a day. Use powder on feet before putting on socks.

For the fungal infection already there You need a long course of around 6 months of antifungal ointment.  As u are having too much pain there may be superinfection by a bacteria. You would also need to use a topical antibiotic ointment for 7-10 days.
