What cream or tablet resolves vaginal itching quickly?
Hiii Doctor I am Ramya i have vaginal infection most of itching ,like ringworm please suggest some cream or tablet to resolve immediately

You might be suffering from a yeast infection. Yeast infections can indeed cause vaginal irritation, just like ringworm. You can try clotrimazole, a non-prescription antifungal cream, to treat the infection. If the symptoms get worse over time, then consult a gynecologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

Implantation bleeding is a symptom that is quite common during early pregnancy. I’m currently experiencing lower abdominal pain and it’s been a week, started from severe sharp pain to mild and suddenly got my period but still in pain.
Female | 22
A lot of things can cause lower belly hurts, including periods. If it’s very bad at first then improves, that could just be your cycle. You might still feel aching while menstruating though. This comes with cramps often. Painkillers and a hot water bottle or pad on the tummy can help. Drink fluids and get some sleep too. In case this pain doesn’t stop or becomes severe, talking to a gynecologist would be a good step.

I used an emergency contraception about a month and a half ago, and found my self in a situation where I need to use one again now. In February I had a miscarriage and I’m just wondering how many times I can use emergency contraception, and if it’s okay to even after having a miscarriage. I have used probably about 6 in my life. Is there a limit to how many a woman can take? Will it affect my gynecological health?
Female | 21
Emergency contraception is intended for occasional and emergency use, not as a regular form of birth control. While there is no strict limit on how many times emergency contraception can be used, it's important to understand that it is not as effective or reliable as regular contraception methods.
Repeated use of emergency pills can disrupt hormonal balance in your body and cause irregularities in your menstrual cycle. It's recommended to speak personally with a gynec about more reliable and appropriate forms of contraception that can better suit your needs and provide ongoing protection.

I have my cousion wedding on 9th of September..So I need too prepone my period date…Can you please suggest me the tablet for early tablets
Female | 21
Always consult a doctor before using tablets to change your period. The menstrual cycle is a natural biological process, and altering it with pills can harm your health. While it’s understandable to want to adjust your period for events like a cousin’s wedding, it’s important to let your body follow its natural cycle whenever possible.

I had a miscarriage 5 to 6 weeks ago and yesterday I had a little spotting for a few hours which stopped last night and bithing today
Female | 36
Light spotting is normal after miscarriage. It may occur from uterus tissue. Typically, spotting stops by itself. However, if bleeding increases or pain/fever develops, see gynecologist immediately. Rest well during recovery. Allow your body time to heal properly.

I am 30 years old. I want to conceive naturally but I have PCOD. My ovulation dates are getting clashed on the honeymoon period. Kindly suggest how to get pregnant during this time. I am also taking folic acid tablets
Female | 30
PCOD can bring about irregular periods, and thus, it may be challenging to predict ovulation. Your ovulation time is the same as your honeymoon this is what I will suggest: use ovulation predictor kits for the purpose of recording your fertility period. These can help you masculinize the woman and find out the day she is likely to conceive. You should still keep taking your folic acid supplements as they are one of the most important things for a successful pregnancy.

period missing one month
Female | 22
One month without a period is surprising but common. Younger women often experience this. Stress, major weight fluctuations, hormone imbalance, and excessive exercise are possible factors delaying your cycle. If sexually active, pregnancy is a reason too. Take a pregnancy test to check. Speaking with a gynecologist helps determine the exact cause.

I'm currently at 35 days of pregnancy..I have spotting..my hcg level is at 696.81.is it normal? I have 28 days regular periods
Female | 26
Early pregnancy spotting isn't always concerning, notably around your expected period. With rising hCG levels, spotting may signal implantation. However, heavy bleeding warrants medical attention, especially if accompanied by intense pain. Staying hydrated and well-rested aids this delicate stage.

7th day of periods 7th November I took unwanted 72 pills after that on 15th November withdrawal bleeding happened for the first 2 days, not too heavy the medium range may happen then it stopped for a while after that the bleeding started back. Then again on 28th November I had bleeding periods which means that I am still having periods or will it be okay if I have periods so soon... I started bleeding on 28th, I felt withdrawal bleeding but my periods started happening so soon when I took my pills on 7th November, my periods started on 28th November. Today is 5th day of my periods, I'm having cramps.
Female | 20
Taking emergency contraceptive pills can affect your menstrual cycle. Your withdrawal bleeding on 15th November was expected. The bleeding on 28th November may be your normal period. It is okay to have periods so soon. Cramps are common during periods. If you continue to experience irregular bleeding or have concerns, consult a gynecologist for advice.

Is it normal to get period every week ?
Female | 20
Getting periods every week isn't typical. Menstruating more than monthly signals something unusual. It could mean hormonal imbalances, uterine issues, or other health concerns. To identify causes and receive proper care, consulting a gynecologist becomes necessary.

I am a 17 year old teenager i got my first period when I was 12 or 13 ever since my periods have been regular but my flow is very light my LH is 11.8 and FSH is 4.89 ..
Female | 17
A light period can be normal for some people. Your LH and FSH levels are within normal ranges, and this is good. Excessive thin menstrual flow could be associated with hormonal imbalances or getting emaciated. Have a balanced diet and maintain good weight. If you are worried consult a gynecologist.

Why do I have spotting of blood during my period
Female | 21
Blood spotting due to your period can be a cause for many reasons. The body decides to throw off the old blood that is no longer in use. Nevertheless, it is also possible to develop this condition due to the hormonal imbalances that arise from some medications, or the health conditions like polyps or infections. In the case it happens often or is accompanied by pain, the safest option is to talk to your gynecologist for the right advice and treatment.

Want to delay my periods for four days and not getting pregnant ... What should I do?
Female | 21
If you want to delay your periods for four days and avoid getting pregnant, what about taking a drug called norethisterone that has been passed for such use? This medication will be the way to delay your period. It achieves this by controlling the production of progesterone in your body. Nevertheless, remember that this is not a contraceptive method, so you have to use other birth control methods if you are sexually active. A gynecologist would best be able to assess you and establish the correct prescription and dosage for you.
