The inner vaginal lips may sometimes seem darker during puberty. You might not have noticed before, but this change happens naturally as girls grow up. Keep the vaginal area clean and you'll be fine.

Irregular periods can occur due to various factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle adjustments. A negative pregnancy test is reassuring but if your period does not arrive soon, it may be helpful to wait a few days and retest. It's also a good idea to monitor any other symptoms you may be experiencing. If irregularities persist or you feel concerned, consulting a gynecologist can give you some clarity and reassurance. Remember, keeping open communication with your doctor is important for your health.

Female | 22
It's natural for women to have a monthly period but sometimes the period may not appear as per the due date. You might have a late period with an increase in white discharge due to stress, changes in routine, or hormonal imbalance, or you may be pregnant. Sometimes a period may be postponed for a week but consult a gynecologist they can provide appropriate advice and treatment if needed.

Im a 19 year old female and i want to know how to tell if I'm either having a miscarriage or a cystic pregnancy.
Female | 19
If you are concerned about a possible miscarriage or cystic pregnancy, what you should look out for is the following. If you are having sharp belly pain or heavy bleeding, then this could be a sign of a miscarriage. On the other hand, if you experience mild pain, nausea, or breast tenderness, it may be cystic pregnancy. For a definite answer, it is necessary to go to a gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

My daughter had unprotected sex yesterday at noon and took an Unwanted 72 pill today at noon and just after taking the pill in her boyfriend's house, they had unprotected sex again. What are her chances of getting pregnant and how can she avoid pregnancy now? Please note that her periods are irregular and very delayed i.e. in a cycle of 3-4 months and we visited a doctor for that. Her last period was in mid December.
Female | 21
The pill reduces the chances of pregnancy, but it is not 100% effective. SSo there is still a risk of pregnancy. Its difficult to determine the timing of ovulation and fertility. please condult your doctor for evaluation.

my delivery has c section aftet 2years back my vaginal small portion at the end of labia minora in one side enlarged why? Can kegel exercise help back to the normal position?
Female | 25
It's common to notice changes in vaginal tissues following childbirth, including localized swelling or enlargement near the labia minora. This can happen due to hormonal fluctuations or physical changes during delivery. Kegel exercises may support pelvic floor strength and potentially improve elasticity, helping to maintain vaginal health. However, results can vary. If the change concerns you or causes discomfort, a consultation with a gynecologist is advisable. They can offer personalized insights and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to your needs.

I had protected sex on February 8 and I took the i-pill. I got withdrawal bleeding after 5 days. Then I had protected sex on Feb 25 and also took the i-pill. But didn't get withdrawal bleeding till now.. Is it because I get pregnant?
Female | 22
The emergency contraceptive pill can disrupt menstrual cycles, resulting in delayed or missed periods. However, this does not definitively indicate pregnancy. Stress and hormonal fluctuations can also contribute to such irregularities. If concerns persist, considering a pregnancy test may provide reassurance. It's important to note that these pills serve as emergency measures and should not be relied upon excessively.

Female | 21
You are probably having a condition called hyperthyroidism. This can cause some unusual symptoms such as excessive sweating, rapid heart rate, tardy periods, blurry vision and floaters, headaches, and tiredness. The thyroid gland produces too much hormone elevating these symptoms. Treatment entails the use of medication for the patients that will help the hormones return to normal levels. Go to a gynecologist for further assessment and the recommended treatment options.

I AM 20 yrs . My periods was 15 apr and 21 apr someone's sperm fall in my back then I washed. No sex no penetration just sperm fell in my back. Nd his penis just touch my vagina outside. This month my periods come 16 may , it's possible I'm pregnent or not
Female | Umisha
There isn’t a high possibility that you are pregnant. For pregnancy to occur, the sperm must get to the vagina and not just through touch on the outer parts. Also, the fact that your period came in time is a positive sign. If you’re still anxious about it, you could take a pregnancy test just for assurance.

Female | 23
You likely have a urinary tract infection. UTIs cause pain and pus in urine. Even after medicine, you may see mucus. This means the infection isn't gone. It's crucial to finish all antibiotics from your doctor. Doing so clears the infection fully. Also, drink lots of water to flush it out. If symptoms don't improve, see a gynecologist again for further tests.

I'm 32 years old. My second pregnancy anamoly scan, eif found. Can you tell me what problem in my scan
Female | 32
From the second pregnancy, it seems the anomaly scan for the baby showed an EIF, which EIF stands for echogenic intracardiac focus. An ultrasound result showed a small bright spot observed inside the baby's heart. It almost always happens and normally it does not have any difficulties. However, through the development of the pregnancy, it might disappear on its own. Usually, no treatment for this situation is required and it is not associated with any symptoms or health issues.
