Social Obstetrics And Gynecologist
Answered on 23rd May '24
External hemorrhoids or piles can occur during or after pregnancy due to the increased pressure on the rectal veins and hormonal changes. Hemorrhoids often improve with time and self-care measures such as a high-fiber diet, hydration, and creams.

I am a 22 year old female. I had sex with a condom on 11th of July which is two days after my ovulation date. After the sex, I took an emergency pill (eazy pill) just to be certain. On the 18th I started bleeding and it stopped on the morning of 20th. I'm expected to get my period today the 23rd but all I'm feeling is weird abdominal cramping and the constant need to poop. What could this indicate?
Female | 22
It is normal to feel down at some point, especially after taking the emergency pill. The bleeding and cramping you're experiencing can be side effects of the pill, caused by hormonal imbalance. The strange abdominal pain and the frequent need to use the bathroom may also be due to these hormonal changes. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest well. If you continue to feel unwell, it is advisable to discuss your condition with a gynecologist.

The most important thing is not to let the mother and the baby get hurt in pregnancy. Dolact 50/200 tablet contains some such materials, which are neither safe in pregnancy nor can be recommended for such purposes. Besides that, after giving the drug to her, the discomfort from the health may appear. Therefore, the best thing that can be done is to get immediate medical help to ascertain that everything is well.

It seems that complications are being experienced from the pills. When the body adjusts, brown blood besides prolonged bleeding can occur. It is possible that the itching might stem from an infection. It is crucial to see a gynecologist as soon as possible in order to make sure that everything is alright.

I had protected sex on Feb 8th and taken i-pill and got withdrawal bleeding after 5 days. Then again I had protected sex on Feb 25th and I took i-pill and didn't get the bleeding. Is it because I may get pregnant?
Female | 22
Not getting withdrawal bleeding after taking the i-pill post protected sex doesn't always mean pregnancy. The emergency contraceptive can sometimes affect your menstrual cycle. However, if you're still worried, you can take a home pregnancy test a few weeks later to ease your mind.

Dr nai pregnancy lagne ki dwai di hai kya is duran Mai gym kr sakti hu kya
Female | 24
I recommend that you go to the gym by yourself during pregnancy if you have not taken your doctor's advice. It is crucial to keep in mind that pregnancy is a tender period, and any physical strain can influence the well-being of the baby. I would suggest that you should go to a gynecologist for this since the doctor will be able to give you the right counsel.

I’m currently 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I’ve been having pains down there for about the last 2 weeks is this normal?
Female | 26
Pain in the lower abdomen during pregnancy can be a common factor during 18 weeks due to the various changes in your body. The main reason could be round ligament pain, which is like a stretching feeling in your belly. This is the fact of the uterus growing. Rest, move slowly, and try a warm bath for relief. But if the pain worsens or other symptoms occur, contact your gynecologist.

We have a sex with my wife ,then she got her period and why this month she does not?
Male | 24
Women's cycles can get thrown off occasionally - sex is rarely the only factor. Perhaps your wife's body is running late this month. Stress, trips, weight fluctuations, or hormone imbalances could be delaying her period too. If she isn't pregnant and it keeps being late, it's wise to see a gynecologist and get checked out just to be safe.

Female | 19
Any reason for blood during or after given should be taken seriously. In this case, it is highly recommended that you consult a specialist in gynecology/urology to identify the problem. Given the diagnosis, it can be specified whether the bleeding is menstrual or another underlying reason is there for it.

There are times when periods can be irregular for a variety of reasons. Stress, changes in weight, or imbalances in hormones can all affect your cycle. If you are not pregnant then don’t worry too much about it. Just try to eat well, manage stress levels and give your body some time to sort itself out. If this keeps happening though, it would be best to see a gynecologist.
