PID can be responsible for such symptoms as bleeding during urination and pain. It can be caused by a bacterial infection. Your physician has prescribed these common drugs such as ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, and metronidazole to treat pelvic inflammatory disease. If you experience worsening symptoms or side effects, it is important to consult your urologist. They can change your treatment plan and make you feel better.

i have a problem about my menstrual cycle
Female | 27
Irregular periods do not mean the same thing, it can happen for many reasons. For example, stress, imbalanced hormones, such as those brought on by extreme weight shifts, or a given health condition, any of these might be the reason behind your sickness. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle involving daily exercise and the right diet can help you bring back the regular cycle of your periods. If the problem is ongoing, it is ideal to consult a gynecologist for an in-depth check-up and advice.

My Wife is pregnant she is 5th month now in Ultra sound Report doctors Multi cystic Kidney, what it's means,in fifth month Pregnancy ultrasound?
Female | 26
Multi-cystic means urine is filled inside the baby's kidney. These renal anomalies would start to show up around the fifth month of pregnancy. In most cases, this is not harmful to the baby and it can get cured on its own.

Left tubal ectopic pregnancy my USG report. Ectopic pregnancy treatment
Female | 23
A left tubal ectopic pregnancy means the embryo grows outside the womb, often in the fallopian tube. This is dangerous! Symptoms like severe belly pain, bleeding, and shoulder ache require quick medical care. Ectopic pregnancies can't continue normally, so treatment removes the embryo surgically or with medication. Complications are possible without proper care from a gynecologist. Follow their instructions precisely – make all follow-up visits to ensure full recovery.

missed period after dry humping on my 5th day of period
Female | 24
As a woman, it is a normal thing to worry about not having menstrual periods. There is never any data to prove that dry humping can get you pregnant, precisely if it is the fifth day of the period. Missing periods can happen because of multiple factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or an illness. Being aware of your cycle and any symptoms could be useful. If menstruation has not come back yet, you may want to use a home pregnancy test as a precaution or go to a gynecologist for individualized advice.

Often these symptoms are related to the HCG injection, or they could be early signs of pregnancy. Better for you to pay a visit to a gynecologist or a fertility specialist for a certain diagnosis and advice.

It's been 17 day I didn't get my period. Thus is my first time I missed period
Female | 19
There are many reasons you might miss a period—stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalances, or even certain medications. One irregular period is usually not a concern. However, if it happens again or you experience symptoms like pain or dizziness, it’s best to consult a gynecologist for advice.

I had sex in jan 20 and I got periods on Feb 3 and now in March I didn't got my periods still
Female | 21
Missed periods don't always mean pregnancy. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormones out of balance could cause it too. Feeling queasy or tender breasts can indicate pregnancy though. But a pregnancy test or gynecologist visit helps figure out what's happening.

Hello, I have a question in the field of gynecology. My cycles last approx. 30 days. I had unprotected sex on April 13. but the parter did not ejaculate in me, but stated that he felt some fluid coming out of him, but he stopped intercourse, after which he ejaculated outside of me. I took the EllaOne pill 3 days after, just in case. A week after the pill, I took a Clearblue early pregnancy test and it was negative, and on Thursday (9 days after the pill) I started bleeding lightly (then it was the day before my expected period). The bleeding started mildly, but after a couple of hours, red blood and a stronger stream appeared. On the 4th day, the bleeding stopped, but there was still blood in the vagina. The cervix is hard, lowered and slightly open. Yesterday (day 5) the bleeding started again but much milder than usual (my periods usually last 7 days) and in the afternoon the pad was empty again. I took another pregnancy test, an early Clearblue test (16 days after intercourse) and again it was negative. Today, slight bleeding appeared again, but not enough to soak the pad, I have slight cramps in my stomach and back. I'm under a lot of stress all the time. I'm wondering if it's possible that I'm pregnant or if the pill messed with my hormones. I am asking for your answer. Kind regards.
Female | 20
The pill you took after sex without protection was smart. The bleeding could be from the pill. Those pills can change your period and cause bleeding. Stress can also make your period weird. Since tests say not pregnant, you likely are not pregnant. But watch for other signs and visit a gynecologist if you need help.

So I had sex on 11th November a day after my period and took p2 right after on the same day.I bled for 3 days, six days after taking the p2.I was initially supposed to ovulate on 20th November and my next period was supposed to be on 5th December but I still don’t have it and I started getting pms like signs this week so idk if the bleeding I had was an implantation bleeding or withdrawal bleeding and my cycle usually lasts 31 days Last week I had a lot of slimy egg white discharge and this week I barely have discharge,I’m bloated,I have sore breasts, slight cramps and back ache.I didn’t have all this last week
Female | 20
The bleeding you noticed could have been triggered by the hormone in the pill you took and this is the withdrawal bleeding rather than the implantation bleeding. Delayed periods due to hormonal changes are not uncommon. One’s discharge can also be affected and might be accompanied by bloating breast tenderness, and cramping. These symptoms may be different from one cycle to another. For clarification, it is recommended to conduct a pregnancy test if your period does not come on time. You may also consult a gynecologist .

Hi my name is Tamz We have being trying a lot to have a baby This happened we like did it then the next morning I had my period I am always feeling like vomiting now day after eating anything
Female | 24
Getting sick after eating may be one of the possibilities and, given the potential recent conception, could be linked to hormonal changes. On the other hand, it might be stress or changes in your diet that are causing this. It is a must to monitor your symptoms. If vomiting doesn’t stop or even gets worse, my advice for you is to visit a gynecologist. They will check you more thoroughly and also be able to discuss with you some pregnancy tests or other evaluations.

I don't understand my bleeding is normal or periods?but my stomach is paining and I eat dates
Female | 23
You may be experiencing period cramps, which are common during the menstrual cycle when the body sheds blood each month. Stomachaches and bleeding are normal signs. While sweets made from dates won't relieve the pain, they can provide energy. To ease the pain, try using a hot water bottle on your tummy or take a warm bath. If the pain becomes too much, visit a gynecologist.

Hello ! I am 25 year old unmarried female. I am experience irregular periods since 2-3 years almost . When I visit dr She examine and tell that both the ovaries are normal on size and shape + Uterus is also ok. She prescribed Progyluton for 3 months so that periods become regular . Now it's been 3 months since I stopped Pills but still periods last longer and doesn't stop, I want to ask for how long will it happen ?
Female | 25
It’s understandable to feel concerned about prolonged menstrual changes after stopping medication. Irregular cycles can result from various factors, including hormonal imbalances. It’s not uncommon for it to take some time for your body to readjust after discontinuing Progyluton. However, since prolonged bleeding can indicate other issues, I strongly recommend you visit your gynecologist for further evaluation. They may suggest additional tests to better understand your situation.

I’m having lower abdominal cramp not much and I noticed frequency in urination also I consumed a lot of what
Female | 28
When you've to pee more frequently, it could be a urinary tract infection. Germs enter your bladder or urethra, causing this. You'll feel like peeing often and have mild cramps below your belly. Drink plenty of water, don't hold your pee, try cranberry juice. If it persists, see a gynecologist. These simple steps may relieve your discomfort. But, if symptoms worsen, medical attention is advised.

Actually from past 3 weeks im having vaginal infection
Female | 22
This condition might be caused by either a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. A yeast infection occurs when there is an overgrowth of yeast in the vagina, while harmful bacteria can cause bacterial infections. It’s important to see a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment. They may prescribe medicines or creams to help with the infection and reduce symptoms. Additionally, wearing cotton underwear and washing the genital area with clean water regularly can promote a healthy lifestyle. Engaging in other activities can also help you manage discomfort and reduce stress.

Missed period problem how to solve this problem
Female | 24
Missed menstruation can be because of different factors. Stress, sudden weight-gain , hormonal imbalance, and reproductive system disorders can be listed as the most typical causes. Being aware of any other inconveniences that have appeared along with missed periods would help you to find out the real issue. It would be beneficial if you could communicate with a gynecologist in that respect so that the right diagnosis can be drawn without further delay, and, if needed, the best treatment would be provided to you.

Both ovarian chocolate cysts 49*46 39*35 Is it far beyond normal range What should I do?
Female | 22
Many women have small sacs full of fluid on their ovaries. These are called chocolate cysts. The cysts you noted, 49*46 and 39*35, are mid-sized. Common signs of these cysts are pain in the lower stomach area and bleeding when you should not be having your period. Hormone changes in the body often cause chocolate cysts. It is important to see your gynecologist regularly to check on the cysts. If the signs get worse, surgery may help fix the problem.
