Everyone has body worries sometimes. You're not alone in feeling concerned about puffy nipples at 18. This could indicate gynecomastia - breast tissue growth in males. Hormone shifts during puberty can trigger gynecomastia. If it bothers you, talk to a plastic surgeon. They may suggest medicine or surgery to help.

I am a 23 year old female struggling with irregular periods for the last 4 years. I finally recently started getting testting done. An ultrasound revealed several cysts on both ovaries. I had blood work done to check for PCOS. My OB/GYN is on night shift and can't see me. My testosterone was normal. SHBG was high. DHEA Sulfate was low. Trying to find out what these results mean.
Female | 23
Irregular periods, acne, excess hair growth: these are common symptoms of PCOS. High SHBG and low DHEA sulfate levels signal PCOS. Don't worry - treatments exist to help. Birth control pills can manage symptoms, as can lifestyle changes involving diet and exercise. However, see your gynecologist for a full diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. They'll provide guidance and support. With proper care, PCOS is manageable.

Missing your period for two months in a row can be concerning, but it's important to stay calm. Many factors can cause this, like stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalances, or conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome. It's essential to note any other symptoms and reduce stress while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If the situation continues, it's wise to consult a gynecologist for further advice and to find out the cause.

My last period came on 19th November and ended on 23rd November after which on 26th November I had sex using protection and on 9th December my partner fingered me and blood came from my vagina as like period blood. The clot also came with it. my partner did a hard fingering with 3 fingers
Female | 20
Xperiencing blood shedding after having sexual activity or a very rough fingering can be scaring, and it may come from scratch or a small trauma to the vaginal walls. This bleeding can be caused by overuse and most times it is not serious but it is better to have it checked by a gynecologist. It is necessary to be attentive and control any developing signs such as pain or continuous bleeding.

Period ke baad 11 day spot hua aur next 2 day medium bleeding hui hai
Female | 20
You may have irregular periods. If you spot around 11 days after your period stops, then bleed moderately for 2 days, it could mean hormone problems, stress, or routine changes. Try reducing stress, living healthily, and tracking your cycle for patterns. See a gynecologist if it keeps happening.

Irregular periods are quite common for teenagers; it doesn't always signify pregnancy. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances influence menstrual cycles. Should I need to take pregnancy test after withdrawal bleeding or am I safe from pregnancy?
Female | 25
Withdrawal bleeding often indicates that you are not pregnant, especially if it occurs after using hormonal contraception. However, individual factors can influence this, so it’s wise to consider a pregnancy test if you've missed your regular cycle or have unusual symptoms. Stress, hormonal changes, or missed pills can also affect your menstrual pattern. For peace of mind, if uncertainty remains, I recommend discussing your situation with a gynecologist. They can provide personalized advice and reassurance tailored to your health needs.

Female | 15
Time loads of firefight failures can pop up, which include stress, hormones, weight shifts, or diseases. Classic components of late periods are usually breast tenderness or temperament changes. I suggest keeping your overall health and lifestyle under control. One alternative available is a pregnancy test kit that one can buy at the store for their assurance. If after a few days pass, you cannot start menstruation or you have other symptoms besides, it is best to go to a gynecologist to get personal and professional advice and help.

Female | 22
You are experiencing a condition known as vaginal fissures. These are small rips that may occur from activities done in the past such as masturbation. Even if you are done, they can heal slowly. The symptoms are discomfort during coitus. The best approach is to maintain cleanliness in the area and apply a water-based lubricant during intercourse. In that case, visiting your gynecologist would be the best idea.

My periods is usually regular but suddenly it is 4 days late. And I did sexual intercourse in the first day ,when my periods should have came. What to do?
Female | 23
A delay can be the result of a variety of reasons, from stress to hormonal fluctuations to a change in one's lifestyle. A panicky feeling may result from engaging in sexual intercourse close to the time of the expected period and thus affect the cycle. To eliminate the possibility of pregnancy, which is one of the main sources of this anxiety, think of the home pregnancy test. If the home test confirms that you are not pregnant, and your menstruation does not start within a short period, or if you observe abnormal symptoms, I would suggest seeking advice and reassurance by talking to a gynecologist provider.

Your dates suggest that your menstrual cycle is irregular because there is a difference in the length of your periods. If you had unprotected intercourse during the fertile window, then pregnancy is a possibility. The symptoms like missed periods, nausea, and breast tenderness can tell you if you are pregnant. It's best to take a home pregnancy test or see a gynecologist for confirmation.
