Could my weight gain and vitamin deficiencies be related?
I am 18 year old i suffer from weight gain and full of vitamin deficiencies

What happens when one lacks certain nutrients is that they might feel fatigued easily, become weak, or even lose their hair among other things. One way through which this trend can be reversed would involve taking fruits and vegetables in plenty to raise vitamin levels while at the same time making sure that you don’t gain excess weight. Another method would be including foods like leafy greens; and citrus fruits within your meals

Recently i was admitted to hospital for rapid heartbeat and irregular rhythm, but in the reports high TSH level are shown, I'm experiencing rapid heartbeat, weight loss and bloating from 2 years... Now doctor gave me thyronorm 50, but still after a week my condition is the same, my heartbeat stays normal as long as i lie down even when i lie down sometimes it rises up... My 2d echo, usg is normal...
Female | 22
A test result of TSH at a high level signifies that the thyroid could be malfunctioning. This can be caused by rapid heart rates, weight loss, and bloating. The medicine is the cause for the improvement, but the improvement may take a while to show. Often, determining the correct dosage requires some experimentation. Do not forget to tell your doctor about any changes or improvements in your health.

I have brain fog and I think it is hormonal because my I have gynecosmastia and my estrogen is high any help to treat the brain fog
Male | 25
Estrogen imbalances can lead to brain fog. Brain fog makes it difficult to focus, remember things, and stay clear-headed. High estrogen levels disrupt hormonal balance, causing brain fog symptoms. If high estrogen causes your brain fog, doctors may recommend lifestyle adjustments, medications, or hormone therapy to restore balance.

I have period 14 day but whyy? This is normal?
Female | 17
Among the most general triggers for continuous bleeding are hormonal changes, tension, or else certain body conditions. Signs of the disease might be weakness or discomfort. Remember to observe the rise of any other signs like heavy bleeding or severe pain. In that case, or if it keeps for a long time, I would consult with the doctor first of all. They will provide various ideas and will decide whether further observation is necessary.

You might be having a thyroid problem that has disturbed your hormonal balance. No periods are possible if the hormones are not incompatible. Symptoms are irregular periods, weight variations, and tiredness. The cure is to consult with an endocrinologist, a doctor who is a specialist in hormones. They will recommend the tests and the therapies to balance your hormones and return to normal periods.

A 13-year-old may still have some growing to do. The growth spurt during puberty is different for everyone. Most girls stop growing taller between 14 and 16 years old. However, it is true that a few factors that can affect a person's height are genetics and nutrition. Environmental factors (nutrition) and genetic endowments are the ways to ensure her growth. If you want her to grow, make sure she's getting a sufficient diet and moving a lot.

Night hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar in the evening, is complex. Being unable to wake up due to this is alarming. It happens when your sugar dips during sleep. You might need to alter your insulin doses or timing under medical supervision. Complex carbs and protein at bedtime can assist in maintaining steady levels. Monitor your readings carefully. Discuss any worries with your doctor.

Male | 20
This is when you eat too few calories for a long period, and suddenly eat a lot; it can be dangerous. Some symptoms include heart problems, difficulty breathing, and weakness. Be sure to start slowly with food again and increase your calorie intake gradually over days or even weeks. Getting checked out by medical professionals would help too so that there won’t be any complications.

Sorry for my english I am 23 years old. For 7 years, I have been suffering from weakness in the bones of the face and lower jaw constantly from the slightest pressure on them. I had vitamin D test and my value is 5.5 very low, and my calcium is 9.7. The doctor told me to take vitamin D 10,000 IU per day for 3 months. Should I eat a lot of foods that contain calcium or not, and how much calcium per day for the 10,000 iu? Because when I take vitamin D supplements, I feel an itching sensation in the lower jaw, as if it is weakening more. The question is Should I increase calcium foods or make it less because i feel it's getting more weak, or what should I do to avoid bone erosion? And i'm afraid if calcium will be more than normal when i eat more calcium food because it's 9.7 now thanks.
Female | 23
Judging from what you said, you are having a problem with low vitamin D levels, which can result in the weakening of the bones. Taking 10,000 IU per day as your doctor suggested is good, but you should also eat foods that are rich in calcium. Do not forget to take around 1,000 to 1,200 mg of calcium daily. Consider adding milk, yogurt, cheese, and leafy greens to your diet. Talk to your doctor if you feel more weakness in your jaw or experience itching to adjust your supplements.

Female | 45
Disturbing high blood sugar may happen as a post-surgical stress reaction. Ensure that insulin is the only thing she is doing. Besides that, she might also want to eat healthy, work out, and check her sugar levels regularly. If she has a dizziness spell, is thirsty, or feels extremely fatigued, get her to see a doctor immediately.

Female | 22
It's common for some girls not married to have nightfall (also called wet dreams) a couple of times a month. This is generally the result of hormonal fluctuations in your body. It is not a problem, and it will not have any effect on your married life or health. You can talk to a doctor for more reassurance if you are feeling worried.

My c-peptide test results 7.69 Feeling empty stomach and weekness A am non diabetic
Male | 45
If your C-peptide test shows 7.69 and you’re not diabetic then it’s fine. Feeling empty stomachs and weakness can happen for different reasons. It’s common to have low energy when an individual hasn’t eaten anything for a while and this can be solved by taking small but frequent meals. Weakness could be due to lack of sleep, stress or not eating well-balanced meals. Ensure that you always take plenty of fluids and get enough rest.

I was wondering if having sugar levels at 109 is high or low
Female | 17
Having sugar levels at 109 is neither too high nor too low. This is normal. You may not have any symptoms at this level. 109 is a healthy range, but it’s good to keep an eye on it. Eating healthy foods and doing exercise regularly can help you to maintain this level. If your sugar levels go too high or too low, you might feel tired, thirsty, or shaky.

Hormones like LH, FSH, and E2 affect our bodies. Your levels suggest hormone imbalance. Irregular periods, hot flashes, fertility issues - these symptoms arise.
