Why are small black spots itching on my back?
I am 19 years old form 2 3 days I saw in m back that there are many small black spots aree producing and I feel itching alsoo in my back shoulder

Therefore, make sure that you wash with water only tenderly without using any soap as well as keeping the area dry. I am a 22 year old with suspected scabies. Have tried permethrin cream, malathion lotion and oral ivermectin. Have been very thorough with the instructions, however am still itchy and now red spots are appearing as opposed to the skin coloured burrows that I previously had. Do i still have scabies or something else?

It does not look like the scabies treatment has worked as it should. So you still have a rash and itching. Scabies can be quite challenging to remove completely at times. New red spots can mean a few things, such as a reaction to the treatment or another skin condition. I have mouth ulcers. Which are really painful. I use nilstat or the powder of vibramycin capsule for gargle as a cure for ulcers. But the issue is as one ulcer gets cure another ulcer pops up again. Which is yellowish and the surrounded with red skin.

If its only acne marks, continuing your acne treatment with facewash and gels will improve it. Some topical agents also helps in removing the pigmentation and marks of the acne. Even Salic acid 20% gel at night on spots is helpful. Glyco 6 or Glycolic acid 6% is recommended for application on the face. Acne compatible sunscreen is also helpful. Chemical Peeling with glycolic acid or salicylic acid is useful
