I am 19 years old,I have vaginal itching irritation and burning sensation and I have small white multiple bumps in my vagina I used vaginal tablet but didn't work

You are likely having a yeast infection. Yeast infections (a.k.a. vaginitis) are the infections resulting from uncontrolled growth of the microorganisms in a human's vagina. They usually develop due to the overgrowth of one kind of yeast. It is recommended that vaginal tablets should not be used without proper medical diagnosis. A gynecologist will first do a physical examination and then will mainly prescribe antifungal medication for you.
