I had lost my periods on last month.
Female | 22
Missed your period last month? That’s not uncommon. Stress, weight changes, exercise, or hormonal fluctuations can affect your cycle. If you're concerned, it’s a good idea to consult a gynecologist to identify potential issues.

Had sex with gf yesterday. Used condom. But we think there are some leakage. Today there are some white discharge came out from vagina twice. We don't want pregnancy. What to do now? It was 25th day after last periods.
Female | 26
It is normal to be thinking about pregnancy when faced with a situation similar to this. The white mucous discharge during which you are going through might be a yeast infection one of the reasons for which is the pH imbalance of the vagina. The best advice in this situation is to have a pregnancy test to ensure yourself if you are pregnant or not, and maybe the second option you should take into account is emergency contraception if you are afraid of getting pregnant.

I had intercourse with my bf yesterday and then the protection got stuck inside me as well as he opened the condom and wore it once again but in the second time might be he wore it in the opposite way. So in order to stay risk free i took an I-pill within 16 hours. So should I take one more pill?
Female | 15
You should see your gynecologist for further evaluation. Ingestion of the I-pill within 16 hours after unprotected sex can help to reduce pregnancy. However, taking more than one I-pill in a short time is not recommended.

Please I have an issue with my ear. I discovered that I couldn't hear clearly again. On checking by a relative, it was discovered that there are lots of waxes which was cleaned with cotton bud. Unfortunately, I couldn't still hear well as there's a continuous sound from the ear (like a continuous sound). A drop of baby oil was applied to soften any wax still contained internally but no success yet. I don't know what I should do next. Expecting your recommendations. Thanks.
Male | 33
Your description makes me think you just got a blockage due to your excessive earwax. I recommend you book an appointment with an ENT specialist. Consulting them for your hearing-related problems is an important step to take to derive a proper solution.

I am 39 years old female suffering from vaginitis for 1.5 years now every month I get it I tried all types of fungal medication recently I did a culture which shows candida another blood investigation is normal please I want to get rid of this suggest some medication or test
Female | 39
The itching, burning, and weird goop are signs of too much candida yeast in your private parts. Candida is a type of fungus that can grow out of control down there. Meds like fluconazole or clotrimazole can help stop the fungus from spreading. Sometimes, you need to take them for a long time to fully clear the infection. It is also key to keep that area clean and dry. If the problems stick around, you may need more tests. Ask your gynecologist about managing this issue.

Good day I would like to know why do I spot blood clothing after giving birth and why do I come out blood while being intimate with my partner and coming out white things after being intimate
Female | 26
Often, after birth, a woman may find that she developed blood clots. This symptom is a consequence of the uterus healing process. If you have a lot of bleeding or often there are clots of blood coming out, you can talk to a doctor. As for bleeding during or after intimacy, it is imperative to consult a gynecologist/urologist to get to the reason for the underlying condition and follow the doctor's recommendations.

I went to the hospital today to get an abortion. Some tests were done and I turned to have an infection so I was given the take home mifepristone and misoprostol for the termination of pregnant to administer them at home. Also I was given 7 tablets of metronidazole which I took when I got home. I'm asking if I can still take the mifepristone tonight at 10 without any complications?
Female | 27
Metronidazole can lead to some side effects when it interacts with mifepristone. It is preferable to complete your metronidazole treatment before starting the mifepristone regimen. Such action shall help avert any probable complications. If you have any doubts or notice any strange symptoms, tell your gynecologist.

Hi I had my last periods on 8th Jan and from last 3 days i had very light bleeding that too only in morning. Post that whole day nothing is there. Now today is 10 days over but i didnt had my cycle yet.
Female | 26
Light bleeding after your period ends in the morning for a few days is called spotting. Hormone changes, being stressed, or switching up your routine can cause this. Sometimes, this is normal. If this worries you, try relaxing, eating healthy food, drinking lots of water, and resting well. But if it keeps happening for a few more periods, chat with a gynecologist to check nothing else is going on.

I am 50 yrs old female need advice on femilon contraceptive pills .. I hv started femilon from my 3 rd day of menses n hv been tking regular for 1 wek n later I had intercourse n after that continued tablets for few more days but after 10 days of tking femilon I skipped one tablet one night n took 2 tablets the nxt day n again continued till today n yet 21 days not over so wanted to knw is there any risk of pregnancy if I missed tablet n took 2 tablets in one day n what if I dnt get periods after 21 tablets get over ? Should I continue femilon n finish 21 days or should I stop when will I get periods n is any risk of pregnancy at this age ?
Female | 50
If you miss a pill and then take two on the next day, you may reduce its effectiveness a little, but because you are still weeks away from the beginning, the chances of getting pregnant are minimal. You still should continue to take your pills in the same way that you are used to and you will have to finish the 21 days. If your period does not come after you have taken the whole pack, it is normal for some girls and especially of your age, due to the hormone changes and it can be nothing to worry about. If you have ongoing concerns or symptoms, please consult a gynecologist about this for personal and particular advice.

Thank you for the answer , but I'm still bleeding with blood clot with mild pain , is this normal for 9 weeks pregnant ( iud removed)
Female | 39
I would like you to make an appointment to see a gynecologist as soon as you can. Egg shedding with clots and cramps already at the 9th week of pregnancy, after having the IUD removed, seems not the right thing to happen. It is necessary to do a full range of tests to exclude any of the possible complications.

I'm 44yrs old my date was 25th may but not got periods today took primalut n for 5 days still not got periods today 7th day after stopping primalut n
Female | 44
You should know that taking Primalut N can lead to delayed periods at times. Stress has the potential to disrupt your cycle too, alongside hormonal changes and certain medications that might alter it. It’s okay if you do not get your period immediately; wait for some more time. However, if one month passes without menstruation or if there is any other thing bothering you concerning this issue, then please visit a gynecologist.

Female | 36
Irregular periods can happen sometimes. Stress, routine changes, or hormonal issues may cause delays. Pregnancy or certain health conditions could also be reasons. A home pregnancy test can help clarify things. If it's negative and your period still doesn't arrive after waiting, consulting a gynecologist would be advisable.

So lately I have been passing clot blood and it's frustrating me because I would be bleeding for 17 days when not on my period and at this point I don't think I could reach a doctor because I'm scared.
Female | 17
These symptoms can be caused by hormonal imbalances, fibroids, or other diseases. It’s important to be aware that although irregular bleeding is common, persistent irregular bleeding requires a doctor's visit. When you are prepared, I encourage you to find professional help, as health professionals can give treatment and advice that are specific to your situation. For now, sit down with your feelings and take note of any sensations, pains, and changes, as it will be useful for your meeting with a gynecologist.

Hii, My periods are delayed by 7 days now and I m worried as to why this is the case. Just to make it clear I have not indulged in any sexual intercourse. I usually get my periods by 27-28 th day. I got my last period on 5th April and my this month due was around 3rd of April , it's 10th today and I still have not got my periods. Also there has been a change in my routine from continuous travelling to just being at home for a while now. I just want to know if there is anything to be concerned about and should I consult a doc immediately? Or wait for a while ? And what are your takes on this. Height 5' 2" (157.48 cm) Weight117 lbs (53.07 kg)
Female | 20
It’s pretty normal for periods to be a little irregular, particularly if there have been changes to your routine such as decreased travel. Stress, variations in diet or exercise, and shifts in hormones can also impact your cycle. Since you haven’t had sex, it’s unlikely that you’re pregnant. Wait a bit longer but if it still doesn’t come, I reckon it would be best to see a gynecologist to be sure everything’s ok.

My period dates keep changing from 30- 34 - 28 currently and the above dates lasted for 2 months
Female | 19
It is not rare for a woman’s menstrual cycle to be quite a few days longer one month than the other. On the other hand, if you notice any irregular changes in your period dates, it would be wise of you to get an appointment with your gynecologist.

16 Year old female. Has a cut or tear on the vagina at the bottom not like inside but right before the hole. it has no odor puss or a different color.. it’s only been there for a few days and there’s nothing out of the ordinary. is this something to worry about?
Female | 16
The cut or tear that you have around your vagina is, in my opinion, a small scratch of the skin. This can take place because of friction or irritation. Spotting or sometimes pain may be experienced. It's very essential to maintain the hygiene of the area. The use of warm water for the cleaning of the wound is a good option. Alternatively, a thin layer of Vaseline can be used to cover the skin as it helps the skin to heal. If that fails to be the case, or if it does, You can also consult a gynecologist.

Female | 22
There are so many various causes for this, such as stress, changes in weight, or hormonal problems. In case it accompanies other health signs like acne, more body hair, or headaches, contacting a gynecologist will be a good step. They will give you their best thoughts and advice to address menstrual abnormalities.
