Why is my period different this month?
I am 35 Yr old female. Me and my husband have been trying for a baby for sometime. This time, I was 5 days late for my period and I thought I was preg. But 6th day I got blood when I wiped with tissue. But urine there was no blood. 2 full days have been over. My total blood flow has been 1 pad full only. This is different from my usual periods. I don't have major cramps like how I used to have during menses. My cramps are very mild. What should I do?

I had protected sex on april four days after my period. The next month was period was a day late so i had one full papaya and ginger tea with other spice and jaggery and exercised a lot.
