Why is my period duration decreasing?
I am a 24 year old female. I get my periods on time but earlier I used to get a proper flow of 5 days but now from last few months I am getting my periods only for 2 days. What can be the reason and what can be done about it ?

Your menstrual cycle is changing. One reason your period might be shorter is if you’re going through hormonal changes. Stress, gaining or losing weight, or being sick could also affect it. See a gynecologist to be sure no other problems are causing this. Eating well, doing exercise, and finding ways to cope with stress could help make your cycle more regular too.

Iam 20 year female, I have a 26 day menstrual cycle. Every month 11th I have my menstrual period. This month 10th I had an unprotected Sex and it was my first sex.
